Azienda agricola Fonte de' Piani
Cantagallo

Prato
15/04/2024: Perfect for an outdoor drink on these warm evenings. Top products and fast service!
14/04/2024: Unfortunately I cannot evaluate the product, but I can evaluate the lack of professionalism and the extreme rudeness of the waitress with the black helmet.
In addition to having disappeared before letting us sit at the outside tables (also surprising the colleague inside the restaurant), a minute after having handed us a single menu (there were 7 people) she asked what we were based on. We, caught off guard, decided to initially take some non-alcoholic drinks. Having communicated this to the waitress, she initially complained about the 'great' effort in preparing the table for us (which was already set up, only two chairs were added), despite the fact that the place was only serving one other table (most of the tables were empty). . Immediately afterwards, he reached the height of rudeness, starting out in an unpolite manner and saying that the place was a 'cocktail bar' and that, since we wanted non-alcoholic drinks, if other people arrived we would have to GET OFF; all accompanied by a tasteless manual gesture, as if to say 'get out of the way'. I repeat that the place was empty, and nowhere does it say that a customer is obliged to order an alcoholic drink, therefore, after his exit, we expressed our intention not to continue the evening in that place. At this point we got up (while she tried to justify herself in a rather ridiculous way) and, so as not to miss anything, instead of apologizing, she started telling this story at the next table. Very free to do so, but after having treated 7 possible customers in this way, the only thing she should have done in our opinion was to apologise, without raging, thinking she was in the right.
