07/04/2024: Very nice place furnished with great taste, I really appreciate the style that they want to give to the place and as if you were transported to Naples. Very good products, excellent raw materials, but the service was a little slow (due to the many people who were eating in the restaurant) but overall an excellent restaurant.

04/04/2024: Nice evening with the family, nice Neapolitan place, excellent food especially the cuoppo, excellent pizza dough, they also have a child seat, and so the only flaws were that there is no parking but it is on the very busy road and who do not have a place designated for baby changing and the bathroom being the handicap one was not suitable for a quick change. I had to do it standing up. You could organize yourself with one of the soft ones on a small table. I'll post an example photo.

01/04/2024: Their service is quite fast though the quality of food in itself isn't superfluous. I usually go to Zen and on Monday it's closed so we tried Sakura. But it's not completely satisfactory. Everything else is quite similar to Zen apart from the food quality and taste. The dishes that were up to mark are green Algae, fried chicken and fried veggies. Noodles, tofu, dumplings, were Okay.

12/12/2023: A very small but welcoming restaurant, the boy who served us was very kind. The dishes are well prepared and of excellent quality, we took the selection of cheeses and cold cuts, truly excellent and the fried anchovies and anchovies were also very good. I recommend it, better in the spring/summer period because they have the opportunity to set the table outside, in winter it is a good idea to book because there is little space.

26/03/2024: From "I merlo": typical Tuscan cuisine, fairy-tale grilled steaks (classic "Fiorentina") and a rich menu - every day - of authentic "Tuscan specialties", created to satisfy every palate. The courtesy of the "table service staff" is unquestionable. I'll say more, talking about it...: I'll be back tomorrow too, and you?... What are you waiting for to have a lunch or dinner, alone or in company?... A place suitable for every type of need. It is advisable to book, as I usually do. What else to add?... Long live "I merlooooo"!!! Seeing is believing

22/02/2024: Saturday at dinner... as soon as we arrived the waitress welcomed us with the list of things they DIDN'T HAVE!... No tuna... No prawns... no salmon... No tartare etc.... They served a table evidently friends of the owner, long before us even if they arrived after us. They didn't even ask us if we wanted wine. The table they sat us at was exactly 50 × 60 cm... smaller than a bar table. The waitress served with a smug and very presumptuous air. Not at all friendly. An experience not to be repeated at all. I absolutely don't recommend. They give us much better places in the center of Pistoia.

26/01/2024: I had been here other times, as a lover of oriental food (in my opinion it offers the best uramaki in Pistoia). This time I left more space for the second soul of the restaurant, the more Mediterranean one, and it was definitely worth it. I found the passion that the young and promising Chef shows in describing his proposals in the dishes. In addition to the tempura, we took two fish first courses which gave us mixes of innovative flavours, fresh and intense at the same time, but never invasive. See you soon!

25/02/2024: I've been to this place other times and eaten the pizza there, which was really good. This time I wanted to try the cuisine: I took "not the usual rock", unlike the classic rock, here they added the prawn tartare, really good. Then I had the fried fish with vegetables, excellent and plentiful. The only flaw was slow service due to the packed place and a lot of confusion, so much so that you could barely hear the person nearby. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

30/12/2023: Oramai è una continua sorpresa mista a certezze. Una insalata di astice per iniziare che con sommo stupore mi ha aperto lo stomaco in attesa di un piatto che non aver mai assaggiato: orecchiette con cime di rapa e gamberi. Ho optato poi per un antipasto di secondo capesante con fois gras e pan brioche. Il tutto bagnato con un ottimo champagne Rosso Veneziano. Il servizio eccellente e Davide un degno padrone di casa.

07/04/2024: An applause of encouragement for the couple of guys, but perhaps some adjustments would be needed... Cozy place and youthful atmosphere, very slow service and limited menu in terms of pizzas: personally I didn't find it appealing. When the dish arrives, you can clearly smell the undercooked sauce, confirmed by the sight of a too light and disjointed-looking red. The good thing was that the gluten-free dough was light and easily digestible, but the addition of oil could have been avoided because if the seasoning is good it is superfluous and alters the flavours.

17/02/2024: The place is a guarantee after 7 years that I was missing, quality is always in first place, possibility of having the meat menu for only 30 euros with tomato soup, pappardelle with Sienese ragù and the legendary Florentine steak served with potatoes and including 1/4 de wine and water and several other choices. This year I appreciated the possibility of choosing other cuts of meat that the owner was able to list and explain. The place is also worth it in summer because during the heat you have the opportunity to dine under a walnut tree decorated with lights and near a river which makes everything fresh and magical.
