11/11/2025: I stopped for lunch after the Monday market in Monsummano Terme.
I was immediately struck by the incredibly kind staff. They were quick to accommodate all my requests regarding my order. The food was very fresh and delicious. The price was excellent. The place was clean. Simple but very welcoming, even with a touch of old-world charm... 100% satisfied. I'm someone who doesn't have much time, but I like to eat well and healthily, and I'm sometimes very picky. Thank you! Good luck!

The twinkling city lights accompanied by the superb and charming service makes the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the layers of flavour in each course which every bite had me falling in love with Italy and everything that gives Tuscany the reputation it has for being the heart of Italian culinary arts and wine.

25/12/2025: A cute place in the center of Monsummano, with plenty of tables and a large, well-stocked bar. We went for an aperitif, drinking, and platters of prosciutto, mortadella, porchetta, salami, and pappa al pomodoro and farro. Overall, it was good, although some cheeses would have been nice with the platters. It was practically packed inside, so it was quite difficult to talk over the noise. We paid €15 each.
29/11/2025: An elegant spot, ideal for breakfast, a quiet aperitif, or even a casual conversation. Excellent wine selection.

03/10/2025: La gelateria più conosciuta dell'intera provincia di Pistoia. I gusti di gelato sono tantissimi, tra cui una selezione di cioccolati speciali. Yogurt e granite. Nelle vetrine zuccotti, cheese cake, torte mimosa e molte altre creazioni. Da qualche anno, ossia da quando ha realizzato la sala interna, anche l'area dedicata alla caffetteria è comoda e piacevole. A febbraio 2023 ha inaugurato un nuovo arredamento, che a me piace di più, semplice e lineare, elegante. Tavoli anche all'aperto.

30/12/2025: Comfortable atmosphere, very fast table service, good pizza and excellent beer, clean restrooms. What can I say! Definitely worth trying again!!!
22/10/2025: Our first experience during the Covid period was recommended by friends, offering takeout. Since then, we've tried several dishes: baked fish with potatoes, salt-baked fish, cockerel al mattone, and a special (Livorno-style cod) that can be ordered the day before. All dishes are expertly prepared with expertise and skill. Excellent value for money.

10/01/2026: The pizza was raw and was inedible and tasteless (it didn't taste like pizza) I ordered a Napoli and it had three capers and anchovies in it!!! If you have to come DO NOT GET THE PIZZA 🍕

24/12/2024: Ci sono stato di recente e ancora non avevo provato il club sandwich. C’è la possibilità di scegliere o il prosciutto cotto o il tacchino, io l’ho preso col prosciutto. È molto gustoso ed è sicuramente un pasto. Da riprendere.

16/02/2025: Ogni volta che torniamo al Maniero ci sentiamo coccolati. La cucina è eccellente così come la materia prima utilizzata. Consiglio decisamente se in zona si cerca una cucina di pesce di ottimo livello ed un servizio attento.

Miglior posto dove mangiare pesce nella provincia Pistoia.

Cioccolateria slitti

01/01/2025: A distanza di quasi 4 anni prendo 40 cioccolatini (quasi tutti i gusti) e.......a differenza del passato, grandissima delusione: cioccolata tutta uguale (quantità elevata di zucchero e materia prima a mio avviso di gran lunga inferiore al passato). Almeno on passato c'erano un paio di dipendenti al banco gentili, educate e sorridenti. Ovviamente è stata l'ultima volta
18/11/2024: L'eccellenza consiste nel saper fornire una qualità costante. Stamattina, complice forse personale alla macchina del caffè non adeguatamente formato, ho trovato il latte del cappuccino non montato e la proporzione servita due terzi di schiuma ( non crema) e un terzo di latte, tra l'altro versati nella tazza con l'ausilio di un cucchiaino. Ho chiesto ulteriore latte ed è comparso il brik ( non il bricco). Ma cosa succede?
