03/05/2026: Two weeks in Italy and this was a top 5 meal. The owner came out and helped us. He was so friendly and pleasant. The food was delicious (pizza, peposo), plus wine, and a pistachio cake for dessert that was unbelievable. All for very reasonable prices. We wanted to come back the next day but they are closed on Sundays.

28/02/2026: The meat is delicious, and the knives cut well!!! I'll leave the math to you, since my mouth is full. Everything is good, the service is adequate, parking is convenient... the only drawback: the next table is very noisy, but that's not the host's fault. The prices are average (high), normal considering the area. The open kitchen over the fire is beautiful, where the flavors of the meat take shape.
Worth a try, even for a semi-romantic evening.

03/03/2026: We visited this place a few weeks ago; the food was good, and the view was definitely exceptional. Prices were a bit high, and the cover charge was meager (a pizzeria placemat), so it's a shame they didn't issue a receipt.

A place with an unparalleled view.
To say it's wonderful is simply an understatement.
Excellent, high-quality food.
The menu consists of just a few dishes, but they're executed excellently.
We had the steak, which was extraordinary; the mushroom squares with sausage and pumpkin, which I highly recommend; two side dishes, one of which was delicious sautéed vegetables; and finally, a sampling of delicious desserts.
I'd say the service was special because the owner is truly a wonderful and kind person, and he's incredibly friendly, and meeting people like that these days is rare.
A welcome that embraced me.
We promised each other we'd return; we've discovered a place we love.

25/05/2026: Disappointed😢.... my 12-year-old daughter asked for a glass of water (thinking it was free) and after she drank it she angrily asked for 30 cents (which she didn't have) and was so embarrassed..... I went back later to give her the money out of fairness. BUT ⛔️ FOR ME IT'S CLOSED! Ps. I've been a loyal customer for years! 😢😢😢

16/05/2026: We came for a special breakfast with an aperitif and live music by the wonderful DJ NEXA. We had a wonderful time, savoring both the antipasti and the dessert, and were pleasantly surprised by the variety we found. I hope you do events like this again.

26/05/2026: A fantastic local restaurant!
Everything here feels exactly like in the movies: the family working together, cooking with love, the noise, the atmosphere, the constant movement.
The place was full even on a Monday — which in Italy is already a serious recommendation.
For the first time in my life, I saw Catalana Mista on the menu — seafood with fruit.
Naturally, I ordered it.
While waiting, they brought focaccia as a starter, which immediately reduced the danger of making irrational decisions from hunger.
In short: everything was delicious.
The only small tragedy was the wine list — slightly over-dried.
The wines I wanted to try had already been consumed by other enthusiasts of civilization.
So I ordered a simple local everyday wine, grown somewhere in the nearby fields.
And honestly — it was the right decision.
The food was already so good that trying to impress it further with some sophisticated Riserva would have been unnecessary intellectual overengineering.

24/12/2024: Ci sono stato di recente e ancora non avevo provato il club sandwich. C’è la possibilità di scegliere o il prosciutto cotto o il tacchino, io l’ho preso col prosciutto. È molto gustoso ed è sicuramente un pasto. Da riprendere.

16/02/2025: Ogni volta che torniamo al Maniero ci sentiamo coccolati. La cucina è eccellente così come la materia prima utilizzata. Consiglio decisamente se in zona si cerca una cucina di pesce di ottimo livello ed un servizio attento.

Cucina top, servizio eccellente e location da favola.
Miglior posto dove mangiare pesce nella provincia Pistoia.
Prezzi equi per la qualità ed i prodotti offerti.

Cioccolateria slitti

01/01/2025: A distanza di quasi 4 anni prendo 40 cioccolatini (quasi tutti i gusti) e.......a differenza del passato, grandissima delusione: cioccolata tutta uguale (quantità elevata di zucchero e materia prima a mio avviso di gran lunga inferiore al passato). Almeno on passato c'erano un paio di dipendenti al banco gentili, educate e sorridenti. Ovviamente è stata l'ultima volta
18/11/2024: L'eccellenza consiste nel saper fornire una qualità costante. Stamattina, complice forse personale alla macchina del caffè non adeguatamente formato, ho trovato il latte del cappuccino non montato e la proporzione servita due terzi di schiuma ( non crema) e un terzo di latte, tra l'altro versati nella tazza con l'ausilio di un cucchiaino. Ho chiesto ulteriore latte ed è comparso il brik ( non il bricco). Ma cosa succede?
