09/08/2026: UPDATE of August 8, 2026: The place is always fabulous and the idea of salt water in the pool is DELICIOUS.... THE OWNER is always present and VERY prepared... THE DREAM‼️My girlfriend and I travel for passion and "work" and we have visited places But.... I assure you that this is one of the MOST beautiful, cared for in every detail... A place to visit AT LEAST 1 time in your life... The staff linked to the restaurant are delicious and those who take care of the kitchen deserve to be thanked & the owner is a shyly fabulous guy...
08/08/2026: A fabulous family stay at this agriturismo in a magnificent setting. The family room was spacious (we stayed as a family of five). The staff were very friendly and the pool was more than pleasant, overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. I highly recommend this place, which offers very reasonable prices.

01/08/2026: Last night we went to Trattoria Quinta Terra, located inside Fosdinovo Castle. The location is truly evocative, with a medieval atmosphere that makes dinner even more special. The dishes are authentic, carefully prepared, and truly exquisite. A unique place, where you can eat well and enjoy a unique experience. Highly recommended!
25/07/2026: Service was terrible and you had to wait a long time to get someone to attend to you for whatever you needed, including ordering food and payment. The food was completely mediocre, not terrible, but not good either. They also let dogs and animals come into the restaurant without actually doing something about it which I don’t think it’s very good.

31/05/2026: Wonderful place, warm hospitality, love of nature, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast.
The property alone is worth the trip, and if you want to pamper yourself a little more, try their restaurant. Very interesting and varied wine list.
27/05/2026: Restaurant in Fosdinovo Basso, with rooms.
We only had lunch.
It would be worth coming just for the view from the dining room. But you come here to taste, and you'll be completely satisfied. The chef is extremely helpful in addressing some allergy issues.
Pleasantly spaced between the few tables.
Attentive service, standard wine list.
Parking.
Well worth a stop and a return visit.

01/05/2026: We went to eat at a nice place, the food was of poor quality, the service could be improved, the meat seemed decent, shame about the lady's hair that we found in the sausage, so we didn't even try that.
12/04/2026: Borgo della Colomba is a magical place...first and foremost, far from the chaos of the Riviera, yet still just a 10-minute drive from Sarzana or Fosdinovo. Cristina offers excellent hospitality and helpfulness. The room and private bathroom are comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Recommended.

05/08/2025: Una piacevole riscoperta,dopo ventuno anni dalla prima volta che sono venuto a mangiare in questo ristorante (nel lontano 2004 insieme ai miei genitori)...che dire;ottimo era,e ottimo è rimasto.
24/07/2025: Un locale che rispecchia la tradizione.
Gli immancabili sgabei, leggeri e buonissimi, taglieri abbondanti.
Primi e secondi discreti.
Dolci buoni.
Cenare in piazzetta è molto piacevole.

28/06/2025: Die Pizza 🍕 war sehr lecker, die Bedienung freundlich und das Ambiente war sehr einladend. Ich würde dieses Restaurant für jeden Anlass empfehlen, außer man hat panische Angst vor an der Decke hängenden Töpfen.
16/06/2025: Attesa troppo lunga!! 20 minuti per un'acqua, altri 20 per degli affettati e altri 30 per delle pizze asciutte, piccole e povere di ingredienti. Esperienza negativa

13/06/2025: Menu’ a base di sgabei scarso ,con pasta non levitata ,porzioni per due insufficienti di formaggi senza affettati ,pane posato Orribili e acide le cipolle definite caramellate . Prezzo assurdo
per aver mangiato poco e male .

contesto ricco di alberi e fresco .

15/06/2025: In occasione della visita al castello di Fosdinovo, siamo stati ieri a pranzo: siamo stati accolti come se fossimo famigliari, tavolo sotto il pergolato d'uva con veduta fino al mare. Veramente stupendo. Il menù veramente ottimo. Da consigliare assolutamente i ravioli patate e porri conditi con un sugo in bianco di funghi pioppini coltivati da loro. Un piatto mai assaggiato ma di una bontà unica. Così come il coniglio fritto. Prezzi più che onesti con il coperto e il caffè (in moka Bialetti) offerti.
I proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali; siamo stati veramente trattati come in famiglia.
Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare e da ripetere!

Ospitalità famigliare e distensiva.
Tanta simpatia. Piatti sobri ed accurati, buona la scelta. Siamo stati davvero coccolati! Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare i fritti e i primi!

27/06/2025: Abbiamo trovato questo bar aperto il giorno di Pasquetta dopo una visita al Castello Malaspina. Abbiamo mangiato un piatto di salumi molto abbondante con focacce calduccine e una crostata fatta in casa buonissima! Consiglio!
