08/01/2025: Chef Mancino is a real guarantee, he has been able to adapt the Neapolitan cuisine by aiming it at the Tuscan one, finding himself inside the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte. Three tasting menus with different itineraries, all sublime.

30/12/2024: I had a great time, I liked the food a lot and the proposal was varied, refined but also with flavors that were very traditional for me and in fact I really appreciated certain choices. The best of all, perhaps, however, was the red mullet and the truly surprising starters. The location obviously speaks for itself, and is something wonderful, but also the plates, ceramics, cutlery and glasses are truly beautiful and original, always perfect for every dish. Personally I can't find any faults. Big compliments to the guys who accompanied us through the experience, all super prepared, impeccable and attentive to everything (they didn't let us touch a bottle or even a teaspoon for the coffee, they pampered us and served us with attention in everything). We were looked after by the Arab girl from Morocco (who served us and the next table) who managed to take time for everyone, explaining the dishes to us calmly and precisely. It also surprised us how he was able to seamlessly change from French to English to Italian between tables without leaving anyone without service at any time. Obviously, no less important, the sommelier was also very, very polite and very knowledgeable about everything but never invasive, always warm and not cold in his dealings with us (as often happens in many places where we are always treated with politeness, but also with a certain detachment which I personally like less), but in general the whole prince's team made us feel really at ease from the moment we entered. In short, for me and my family it was certainly the best experience in a restaurant we have ever had, both from a culinary point of view and for the experience itself, truly another story.

06/01/2025: No Gambero Rosso? No party!!! :-) Another New Year's Eve with the usual organization and quality as always!!!!!!! Courtesy and refined cuisine are their business card. Catalan, stuffed muscles, marinated cod, grouper mousse, lasagne and seafood risotto... with the children who, having finished the classic lasagna with meat sauce, came several times with the saucer, happily appreciating the seafood menu! Thanks to all the Staff!!!

24/08/2024: Fantastic experience, Henri with a more than capital H was a true host, his kindness and experience made us spend a wonderful evening with refined dishes and attentive service, he recommended both the courses and the wines (champagne) and they could have accompanied our dishes better. Then the final gem was a creap prepared at the moment personally by him. His kindness and the goodness of the dishes will certainly make me return to his home (as I call it) because he has a visceral passion for his Work

06/01/2025: Lovely, small and familiar atmosphere. We were able to try two first courses and two second courses and I can say that all the dishes were taken care of in detail, both visually and in terms of flavour. I highly recommend the tavern (book in advance as there are few tables).

17/12/2024: Historic restaurant, next to the shipyards. The mixed starters are good, the sea bass in salt is truly excellent, cooked to perfection. Excellent wine list. Friendly and fast enough service, even though the place was full. The second room was particularly noisy but it is evidently a period of corporate dinners with tables that are not exactly quiet. Appropriate bill for the quality of the food.

07/12/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone un anno fa, locale piccolino (dentro ,dove eravamo noi faceva molto caldo) accanto avevano messo una tavolata di persone molto chiassose e per cui non è stata una serata tranquilla ma di certo non è colpa loro .. per il cibo niente che dire, tutto buono e curato al dettaglio .Portano una carrellata di antipastini, poi scelta di 3 primi e 2 secondi (tutto pesce ). Assaggi di dolci e vino dolce. Tutto a prezzo fisso di 45 euro ,bevande incluse.

Personale fantastico E la prima volta che ci vado xche c’è una lista si attesa lunghissima…ieri mi hanno contattata che x la sera si era liberato un tavolo eh viaaaaa!!! Viene servito antipasto con molte portate poi i primi a scelta…. X secondo abbiamo preso una piccola catalana xche eravamo strapieni…ci hanno proposto anche un po’ di fritto ma troppo nn ce la facevamo….dolce molto carino mix di dolcetti fatti in casa….eravamo in 5 se bevuto due bottiglie di prosecco, coca cola , 4 bottiglie di acqua ,caffè, digestivo…. Prezzo fisso euro 45.00 ( basso per tutto quello che portano) Veramente buono

04/01/2025: Eravamo stati qua alcuni anni fa, siamo tornati e possiamo confermare l’ottimo livello di questo ristorante. Lontano dalla folla della passeggiata, battuto soprattutto da habituè del posto. Menu principalmente di mare, iniziamo con una buona impepata di cozze e assaggi liberi a scelta della cucina, tutti veramente buoni. Prendiamo poi una classica tagliata di tonno e il baccalà, entrambi i piatti ottimi. Chiusura con assaggi misti di torte di pasticceria e zibibbo gentilmente offerto. Le due ragazze in sala molto carine e precise, rapporto qualità prezzo top. Tra i migliori a Viareggio.

17/12/2024: Famous restaurant for having large fish, we ate the spaghetti with clams and they were exceptional. The sea bass with vegetables was excellent. I recommend the trifle for dessert which doesn't have liqueur but is delicious. Excellent service.

30/11/2024: Habíamos estado aquí hace varios años y regresamos en noviembre 24. Todo fue excelente como antes. El servicio fue excelente. Opté por el culo con pasta que era excelente. Otros tenían pescado mezclado profundamente seco, que era muy bueno.
