23/04/2025: We stayed in Pitigliano and came across this place by chance, we had a very good dinner. The pizza was fabulous, thin and crunchy without being burnt at the edges. The pici with sausage and porcini mushrooms was very delicious and plentiful. The Jewish dessert with sour cherries and ricotta was also very good, a generous portion. Very nice place, friendly staff and fair price.

23/02/2025: Sono stato con amici nel week end, ho soggiornato una notte. Abbiamo trovato la camera confortevole e pulita. Colazione ottima. Abbiamo anche pranzato con piatti tipici e cucinati divinamente grazie dallo chef Riccardo. Consigliatissimo, noi torneremo sicuramente!!

03/05/2025: Excellent typically Tuscan restaurant in the center of Pitigliano. We had dinner with excellent wine and pici with wild boar ragù. The delicious dessert, papalina cake. The staff are attentive and welcoming.
27/04/2025: Friendly and attentive staff despite the language barrier. The menu is varied, the dishes generous (a primo piatto may be enough). We really liked the gnocchi with wild boar ragout, the bruschettas were good quality but the grilled beef lacked seasoning and the marinated vegetables didn't convince us.

01/05/2025: Sitting on the edge of the cliff with panoramic views of the valley, La Rocca combines location and cuisine beautifully. We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the tufa stone cliffs – unbeatable setting. The food was excellent: bruschetta with lardo and honey to start, then pici pasta with duck sauce for me and a wild mushroom risotto for my partner. Everything was flavorful, seasonal, and well-executed. Staff were relaxed but attentive, and the local white wine (Bianco di Pitigliano) was crisp and refreshing. Mid-range prices (€35–€45), but totally worth it for the views and experience.

16/11/2024: siamo stati a pranzo oggi attesa lunghissima entrati alle 13 usciti alle 15,15 porzioni scarsissime e per quieto vivere il cuoco strafottente e senza rispetto non ha digerito un parere sulla cottura della tagliata per altro carne durissima locale freddo per accoglienza e ciò che abbiamo mangiato non il linea per ciò che abbiamo mangiato non consiglierei a nessuno questo ristorante

22/04/2025: Clean environment, friendly service.. You should look at the dish I'm about to bring to a customer and ask yourself if it looks good.. I can't eat dairy products, I get a pizza with very little tomato on it, a little tuna and two slices of onion... But blessed pizza chef, do you realize that if you don't put the mozzarella like this it isn't seasoned? First it comes dry, and add a little more tomato!!! I'm not saying tuna, which has its cost.. But the onion.?.. In short.. You get a sad pizza that makes you never want to eat.
This is an invitation to improve yourself and make dinner a pleasant experience even for those who for health reasons cannot eat like others.

03/11/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera in questo locale e ce ne siamo innamorati subito!
Posto piccolo ma caldo e accogliente, solo 20 coperti ma tutti gestiti con amore e passione sia in sala che in cucina.
Piatti semplici ma cucinati veramente bene. Ottimi i sottaceti fatti da loro e anche la carne (locale) tenera e succosa. Menzione d'onore per L'Altro Tiramisù fatto con i cantuccini.
Per gli ingredienti e la loro qualità direi che il conto è giusto: 115€ circa (due antipasti, un primo di fettuccine al ragù bianco, una tagliata di circa 250g e un filetto due contorni, 1 calice di vino e un dessert).
03/10/2024: Ausgesprochen schöne Atmosphäre, äußerst sympatisch-freundlicher Service (durch das Eigentümer-Ehepaar), feines Essen --> auf jeden Fall die selbstgemachten Gli-Gnudi probieren. Ein Genuss! Viele lokale Weine zur Auswahl. Eigene Olivenöle, verschiedene Sorten, sehr fein, auch probieren! Insgesamt einen Besuch wert.
