From the moment of arrival, I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism, without any reference to what happened during my previous stay. The treatment I received was exceptional and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was perfect, with a wide choice of delicious, high quality food. Everything was well taken care of and impeccably presented. I was impressed by the courtesy of the staff and their attention to detail. 05/03/2024: It was wonderful to stay in this resort immersed in the Maremma countryside. Here the chaos of the city is unattainable, it is an ideal place to relax. Spa complete with everything, but it must be booked well in advance, or you risk not finding it free. Outdoor swimming pool for the summer. Excellent Italian and American breakfast with 0 km products, entirely self-produced.

03/04/2024: I went for lunch on Easter Monday with my whole family (14 people). What can I say: excellent food, good starters with local, quality products as well as typical local first courses. A special mention for the owner, nice, warm and friendly. Excellent price. If you pass through Marina di Grosseto you can't help but stop in this great little place.

26/02/2024: Pleasant discovery in the historic center of my city. Wide choice of both land and sea dishes, all presented in an excellent way for both the eye and the palate. I really tasted what I ate. Tasted octopus in Morellino and cod reduction on a bed of chickpeas and spinach. The desserts should all be ordered every time in my opinion. Coffee on a fork and amaretti tiramisu were the ones I tasted, but I absolutely have to go back to try the rest. Excellent choice of wines and above all discreet and very kind service. I will definitely go back. Optimal

Oltre al sempre apprezzato fuori menu degli antipasti di mare, ottima la zuppa di pesce "Il Caldaro dell'Argentario", molto bene la frittura e delizioso il cheesecake al caramello salato. Calici di vino abbinati su consiglio del proprietario e gradito il vino liquoroso offerto.

17/03/2024: Cozy place, good quality food, good value for money...the only flaw in my gnocchi with scampi cream was that I found a steel wire from the steel wool used for washing dishes...I pointed it out to the waitress he was only able to say "I'll point it out" not even an apology, not a note of regret from him or from the kitchen manager, as if nothing had happened... he's wrong, it would be enough to admit it, it ended like this...

24/10/2023: Einfach nicht zu topen. Eine ganz tolle Anlage, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail erstellt wurde und geführt wird. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um alles und alle Wünsche. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen. Für Hunde ist das ein wirklich tolles Hotel.

The owner does his best to explain their products and I saw that they are starting to be distributed in other stores, I'm happy they deserve it

The meat is great and fresh from the fire, but the prices are slightly more expensive. Top quality! Definitely a visit worth it! Gladly again!
