21/06/2025: Together with my girlfriend (Regina), I am traveling in Tuscany and we are staying at different locations. We were looking for a nice, cozy location to go out for dinner, and we certainly succeeded! On Friday evening we arrived without a reservation, that was no problem. Alessio arranged it! In addition to his good service, his other colleagues (whose names I unfortunately do not know), were also very helpful and did everything they could to ensure that you had a nice dinner. The food was served promptly, was very tasty, and the price was very reasonable. Very cozy terrace outside, among the locals with a few tourists. There was also live music with guitar and singing. We were so enthusiastic that we came back on Saturday, and were then also recognized by the staff. Really recommended!
15/06/2025: Allesamt super freundlich und die Bedienung spricht gut englisch. Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Restaurant ist super besucht und mutet als Mittelpunkt der Stadt an, an dem sich anscheinend jeder am Abend trifft. Absolute Empfehlung.

08/06/2025: The place is located in a fantastic setting....1450 m above sea level overlooking 2 provinces...Arezzo and Florence...a network of forest paths to die for.....stuffed schiacciate, pizzas and desserts so good you can't help but come back.....fantastic staff.....here you can spend a day enjoying good food and total tranquility.

07/05/2025: Were guests at Villa Rigacci for the 2nd time this week.
It remains a beautiful and very quiet place, but close to beautiful places such as Florence.
Traveled to Florence by train on the advice of a young lady. Good advice and a printout of which train we could best take for the outward and return journey.
Beds absolutely great!! Worthy of applause.
I am 196cm and can absolutely appreciate a good mattress. Pillow also very good.
Would love to visit you again.
The owner is a very nice and helpful man.
The pool is wonderful after a hot day. With a view over the meadows with horses.
22/04/2025: The in-house restaurant is an absolute recommendation, even if you don't stay overnight here.
The breakfast was also very tasty, lots of homemade food.
The service is also very courteous.
We were here in the pre-season, so it's hard to estimate what life is like in summer, but we would definitely come back again.

We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to take a seat immediately. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service friendly and helpful. The pizza was really tasty – fresh and tasty. The only thing perhaps missing was some background music to make it even more enjoyable, but that is really a small thing. All in all a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

20/06/2025: We happened upon it by chance and slept one night in this fairytale hotel.
Enchanting place, breathtaking views, medieval-style and clean rooms.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast.
Too bad we couldn't use the pool because it wasn't open yet.
I'll definitely be back.
I recommend it
12/06/2025: It may be a hotel with some inconveniences, but it was really nice because the scenery made up for it all. The walks in the evening and morning, the coffee in the garden, the birdsong, it was a very satisfying stay. I personally really recommend it!

27/05/2025: Pranzo in famiglia era il compleanno di mio padre abbiamo ordinato e non sono arrivati tutti i piatti, piatti senza sapore sopratutto spaghetti allo scoglio, c’era un uomo in sala molto scorbutico non è possibile che nel 2025 non abbiano un menù cartaceo sopratutto per le persone anziane , appena gliel’ho chiesto mi ha risposto pure male..!! Spero migliorino che così fanno poca strada

14/10/2024: Location caratteristica, molto curata in tutti i dettagli. Personale affabile e gentile, dove la cucina è a vista affidata alle persone esperte della famiglia. Il Gestore è una persona semplice che ama parlare e conoscere chi frequenta il suo locale senza mai essere invadente. Fermarsi a pranzo o a cena anche nel loro caratteristico albergo bene inserito nella campagna circostante è sempre una esperienza positiva e non molto costosa. Personalmente mi piace molto e mi fermo sempre volentieri.
17/08/2024: Delusione!!!!!! Menu da taverna, una pagina per tutte le portate, alcune anche cancellate quindi scelta scarsa. Era un'altrao locale prima, pochi mesi fa c'erano più portate. Per essere sabato sera mi pare una taverna in disgrazia. Penso sia l'ultima volta che vengo qui anche se xi venivo da 40anni, prima dell'affare di Baggio alla fiorentina. Che tristezza vedere i nostri punti fermi cadere come foglie in autunno.
