02/06/2025: I had a dinner with friends, the place is beautiful, large, bright, welcoming. The service is good (I give 4 stars because I had to ask for the bread and a small basket was activated practically just for me... for 3 euros of cover charge I would have expected, being in Tuscany, a bit of focaccia and maybe some local oil to put on top, Reggello being the home of oil). For the rest everything was good, good dishes and for those who took the sea bream or the sea bass even abundant... I took the fried calamari and prawns, the portion I found it small (only 3 prawns, 1 octopus and a handful of calamari rings). The desserts are 6 euros (average nowadays, nothing special). Sometimes at the cashier they offer/propose limoncello or some liqueur but here nothing. Next time I will come to try the pizza and I hope I can raise the rating. I went back but I have to lower the previous 4 stars to 2. 3 euros of cover charge for a 2 year old who ate half a plate of pasta and that's it and didn't even use a glass, I wouldn't charge them (and in all the other restaurants or pizzerias no one has ever charged us). This is the second time they don't have non-alcoholic beer (if someone has to drive or takes medication and can't drink alcohol, they can only drink water or coke. But a restaurant of this caliber should have non-alcoholic beers. The pizza tasted good and had good ingredients but it was charred all around. Then we found the bill to be steep (50 euros for 2 pizzas, 4 euros for a can of coke, 16 euros for 1 mussel appetizer... 105.50 for 3 plus a 2-year-old... without wine, desserts, or coffee... if it were me, paying in cash I would have at least rounded it up to 100 euros, they do that a lot... whatever). Oh, I forgot, the place was very noisy, I couldn't hear my wife sitting in front of me and we had to shout at each other to talk.
