03/02/2025: This restaurant does not just offer an ordinary "lunch". Coming here to Rofelle is an experience. It must be lived to the full, dedicating the time it deserves.
I would never have imagined being able to eat wild herbs and unusual forest mushrooms, cooked with such skill.
Simple dishes that you will hardly find elsewhere, a unique preparation in knowing how to explain and present them.
Thank you so much for this experience.
We will be back as soon as we have the chance!
15/01/2025: A slightly isolated place but it's worth trying for the particular and unusual menu based mainly on plants, herbs and flowers but which leaves you pleasantly satisfied! Warm atmosphere and friendly staff!

30/11/2024: Historic venue on the road leading to Sansepolcro. I was there more or less 30 years ago and it seems to me that time has stopped. Same environment, same flavors, friendly and professional staff. Fast service and I'm waiting. Truffles and mushrooms are the stylistic feature of the restaurant. The rest is a detail. Worth the stop. Only detail: pork fillet with white truffle on the menu but served with black truffle. It can happen. Recommended I hope to return before the next 30 years

30/01/2025: Zero atmosphere, dark environment, cold welcome. The room was quite full but everyone was now finishing eating and there were also several empty tables for 6-8. There were two of us and we asked to sit at a larger table but they refused. So our table for two was near some service stations, with constant comings and goings. Sad Tuscan appetizer, overcooked agnolotti, savory ragù. Then on the bill there was €1 for a half liter of water from the tap. I asked why and got the response, 'Ma'am, it's purified water.'
It's a place of passage, I will definitely never pass through there again.
18/01/2025: Eh, guys, nothing to say! Stefano knows how to make pizza and it is excellent: light, tasty, tasty. The flavors of the past. If you stop to eat you certainly won't go wrong and you won't be disappointed!

21/08/2024: Durante una gita in Valmarecchia, abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante che avevamo conosciuto attraverso una fiera di paese. I primi fatti in casa sono davvero buoni: noi abbiamo provato i pici con il sugo d'anatra e i cappelletti in brodo. Come secondi abbiamo assaggiato il lampredotto e il piccione. Buona anche la torta al cioccolato con marmellata di albicocche e il vino. Ci torneremo per provare le altre specialità proposte sul menù.
