31/07/2025: In one of the narrow streets near Alcamo Castle, you'll find Foresteria San Giacomo. The staff welcomed us impeccably, even though we arrived late for our reservation. Giacomo, the waiter who served us in the dining room, is very good at explaining the dishes on and off the menu. My partner and I wondered why the place was called that, and he was brilliant at reconstructing the history of the place (no spoilers, just ask them). Delicious dishes, flavors of authentic Sicily, far from touristy influences. Special mention goes to the tuna "vraciuluni" (I hope I spelled that correctly), the tagliatelle with octopus ragù, and the ravioli alla norma. 24/07/2025: Great place, very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent food! We were a table of 8, each with a different dish, and we had a great time. Excellent value for money.

28/08/2025: A beautiful ambiance in the heart of Alcamo town. Regional culinary delights, fresh meats available from the counter, pizzas in all sorts of variations, freshly caught fish, and pasta that will melt your palate! Highly recommended and an insider tip among locals!

25/08/2025: One of Alcamo's excellences. Its arancini are a must and its ice cream is truly exceptional. Consumption can take place at the counter or comfortably seated on the upper floor and from the terrace you can also enjoy the view of Piazza Ciullo.

24/08/2025: I can confirm that the cannoli and arancini are excellent, perhaps the latter being the best I've had in Sicily. The bar is located in the heart of Alcamo. Excellent.

30/05/2025: Amazing vegan pizzas, the best I've ever had. Top vegan appetizers. Excellent craft beer on tap.

26/04/2025: Currently in my opinion the best pizza in Alcamo. Varied menu, always tasty pizzas, refined ingredients, prompt and courteous service. Nothing to object to except perhaps the excessive noise in the place, which however is the fault of the customers themselves. The prices are slightly above average but considering the quality of the pizzas I would say it is an acceptable condition. Update: always very high quality, fast and friendly service. It never disappoints.

26/07/2025: Siamo ritornati in questo locale dopo alcuni anni e posso affermare che Diegolina è una conferma. Si mangia veramente bene e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Consiglio sicuramente i secondi di carne cotti alla brace. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

22/08/2025: We only ordered two mixed fried dishes, and I can say that the dishes were generous. The staff were very kind and friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the fish was excellent.
