01/11/2025: As soon as I left Foresteria San Giacomo, I said to myself, "How come I haven't been here before?" The answer came naturally: too many disappointments in the area, especially the burger joints where you pay a lot and find neither quality nor courtesy.
Here, however, everything finally changes. The ambiance is meticulously maintained, the staff is kind and truly knowledgeable: they welcome you with a smile and know how to best advise you. The food? Simply excellent. I had a truly tasty burger, paired with a perfect craft beer, recommended by the waiter with great professionalism. Some friends chose the couscous and couldn't stop raving about how good it was.
And if you're vegan or vegetarian, like my wife, you'll find surprising dishes here: she tried a vegan stew that made her happier than I'd seen her in a long time.
When the bill arrived, I was struck by the perfect balance between price and quality. You leave feeling full, happy, and wanting to return as soon as possible. A place I'd call a wonderful discovery, capable of restoring faith in good dining in Alcamo!

20/11/2025: Quick and convenient lunch. The food was special! Excellent! Delicious! Fantastic! Amazing! I had the arancini and mozzarella and the sardines with beccafico... I could have eaten 100 portions, until I burst! Excellent! Highly recommended if you're a tourist looking for something traditional. The locals know this place well; it's been recommended to us several times when asking where to eat in Alcamo. Highly recommended.

Starting with a super-well-kept and welcoming atmosphere, with furnishings that convey a sense of homeliness!
Attentive and fast service, topped off by a highly trained staff who are very kind and friendly.
The pizza was one of the best I've ever had, delicious dough, high-quality ingredients, the menu is also very varied, and the staff is always ready to offer you plenty of suggestions.
The menu features many delicious desserts!

The first course, busiati pasta with swordfish and eggplant, was truly delicious; the second course, fish caponata, was simply superb. Attentive and efficient service, a refined atmosphere with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I give the service 4 stars because it was attentive, kind, and quick to fix a small problem with the draft beer.
The only downside is the location: it's the only place that doesn't say anything, but it's surrounded by deafening noise (we left immediately after dinner because it was so loud).
21/09/2025: Great restaurant with a view of the city and the sea. The gnocchi with pistachio pesto was divine! I highly recommend it. The pizza was also very tasty, but we've had better dough in Sicily. The service was super friendly and accommodating.

14/10/2025: Pizza to forget I ordered a pizza with baked potatoes and other vegetables and a pizza arrived with 4 very small cubes of baked potatoes and the pizza was super thin not up to the standard of a Sicilian pizza.

04/11/2025: We waited at least 45 minutes for the appetizers and those who arrived after us ate first.
20/10/2025: We've been regulars and have always had a great time, but unfortunately, our last experience was a real nightmare.
They seated us upstairs, and after bringing the appetizers, we had to ask several times for both bread and wine.
Even worse: they completely forgot the children's main course.
The pasta with wild boar ragù was a huge disappointment—basically just sauce and minced meat, not even a hint of wild boar.
It's a shame, because in the past, the quality and service were definitely better. We were sincerely disappointed and hope this is just an isolated incident.
