Located in the historic center, we visited on a Saturday night for the Vittoria Jazz Festival 🎷 (highly recommended event 👌).
🏛️ The interior is very elegant and chic, but you can also eat outside—like in our case 🌙.
🍕 Let's get to the pizzas:
👉 Dough: various options (stuffed, whole wheat, basil 🌿). Super soft and long-rising ⏳
👉 Baking: even, no burning 🔥, soft and juicy 😋
👉 Toppings: fresh, top-quality ingredients 🥗, original combinations, and many Margherita variations 🍅🧀
📖 Clear and well-organized menu, fast and efficient service 👏
We chose:
🍕 Terra Nostra: baked tomato, buffalo mozzarella, homemade basil pesto, pine nuts, basil oil, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, basil dough 🌿
🍕 Radicchio: fior di latte mozzarella, barbecued radicchio, Nebrodi black pig sausage 🐖, crispy speck, spicy gorgonzola, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil 💥
😍 An experience to repeat!

16/06/2025: The owner is the one who serves you and makes the pizzas. He was about to close and served us as if he had just opened. Honestly, that's a 10. But the surprise was tasting the pizzas, which were extraordinarily delicious and reasonably priced. A place I highly recommend!

14/05/2025: A must-see every time I'm in the province of Ragusa.
The real problem is choosing between the meats and the pizza, with exceptional dough and top-quality toppings!!
To conclude, you absolutely have to try the tiramisu made by them..
Modern, fun location, right in the historic center.
Excellent cocktails and always attentive but not intrusive staff.
What can I say guys... always see you next time!!!!

Beautiful venue with a lounge atmosphere...We'll be happy to return on our next vacation in Vittoria.

29/08/2025: The horse meatball turns out to be a hamburger. The waiters forget the additions and don't even realize they don't have coffee. Prices are moderately high.
