30/12/2025: Highly recommended place, I will definitely go back, everything looks good, pizzas, schiacciata and sandwiches with kebab, the only flaw is that the potatoes were not freshly made, I had a fantastic schiacciata with kebab, plus they took great care of the food considering my dietary issues with dairy products, doing everything with care.

23/11/2025: I'm so happy I chose to come to Alla Buon'Ora for my last dinner in Termini Imerese! Service was so kind and friendly, I got excellent Spagetti Bolognese and I even bought dinner for tomorrow, too. Although it is a pity I didn't come here earlier, I'm happy this will be my last night's memory of Termini Imerese. ❤️
06/11/2025: Excellent home style cooking. The pasta cottura was on point and the sauce just like Nonna used to make. The owner and staff are very hospitable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

26/12/2025: Beautiful location in the heart of Hotel La Tonnara in Trabia. The venue is on the seafront, you can literally touch the water! I've been there several times for events: beautiful location both day and night! Excellent service, food served with care and attention, all delicious. Also recommended for large events. Well done!
15/09/2025: Really tasty food - had food for lunch and dinner 3 days in a row (was staying for a wedding in the nearby castle) and it delivered every time. Lots of good variety on the menu

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

08/07/2025: Decidiamo di prenotare, in questo RISTORANTE, la cena con la famiglia per festeggiare un evento speciale.
Arriviamo al ristorante, nessuno ci accoglie, ci siamo dovuti informare con il proprietario per farci indicare il tavolo.
Una volta arrivati tutti, nessuno del personale di sala si avvicinava per chiederci se potevamo iniziare con il servizio.
Finalmente inizia il servizio dopo il mio sollecito. Personale di sala, sgarbato, poco professionale. Finito l'antipasto si parte col giro pizza dopo una lunga attesa.
Prima di passare alla torta (portata da noi per l'occasione), ovviamente dopo sollecito, chiediamo 2 box pizza per portare 2 pizze che erano rimaste, ci viene detto che non è possibile (quindi meglio buttarle).
Finalmente arriva la torta gelato servita in piattini caldi che nel giro di 2 minuti ci son volute le cannucce.
Finito il taglio della torta, ci viene detto con tono alquanto infastidito (la torta la metto qua, indicando un'armasio freezer, portatevela altrimenti la buttiamo).
L'unica cosa positiva della serata era la location, ma la location paga fino ad un certo punto.
P.s.consiglio per i proprietari "il personale va selezionato".
Esperienza negativa da non ripetere.

05/06/2025: Siamo state in questo ristorante e oltre alla vista pazzesca, abbiamo trovato il locale molto carino, personale molto gentile e cibo buonissimo.
