13/08/2026: Let me start by saying that my wedding caterer was part of the Da Ron e Salvo restaurant. We can't help but return and choose it as our regular stop for a good seafood dinner. The raw fish is a dream, as are many of the first courses we've tried. The staff is super friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is very refined and relaxed, perfect for an intimate dinner or a group dinner.
I recommend trying it!

08/08/2026: For now, I can only comment on the pizza and dessert, both excellently made, with quality ingredients and beautifully arranged. The service is quite fast and professional; I was very impressed by the maître d', very attentive, punctual, and knowledgeable: he understood our tastes and gave us excellent advice. Kudos to him and his staff.
The restaurant has its own charm, which I really like, and is well-equipped to meet a variety of needs. The quality-price ratio is average; I'll add that, compared to other similar restaurants I frequent in Northern Italy, it's quite affordable, but we know that location makes all the difference.
We'll be back to try the restaurant's dishes.

17/06/2026: Food cooked just to throw something on the stove, slow service would be an exaggerated compliment, and the daily menu is super classic, lacking any creative flair from the chef. As for the chef, who is also the owner, he is incredibly rude and arrogant, and in my opinion incapable of running a business given his lack of professionalism in dealing with customers, even making serious accusations that I won't go into here... much better than a simple bread and panelle bought on the street! Totally disapproved.

05/04/2026: It's my turn, literally. This is because I have to say this place inspires serenity, the waiters and chefs are exceptional, and I ate wonderfully (and wonderfully is an understatement) on a special day like Easter. I highly recommend this exceptional place, where your taste buds will literally "enjoy" it, because the pleasure is truly extraordinary.
21/03/2026: A very unique and welcoming place, recently renovated and with so much potential. The food arrives quickly and hot, with very short wait times. The staff is super fun and professional; a great place to spend an evening with friends!

26/12/2025: Beautiful location in the heart of Hotel La Tonnara in Trabia. The venue is on the seafront, you can literally touch the water! I've been there several times for events: beautiful location both day and night! Excellent service, food served with care and attention, all delicious. Also recommended for large events. Well done!

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

08/07/2025: Decidiamo di prenotare, in questo RISTORANTE, la cena con la famiglia per festeggiare un evento speciale.
Arriviamo al ristorante, nessuno ci accoglie, ci siamo dovuti informare con il proprietario per farci indicare il tavolo.
Una volta arrivati tutti, nessuno del personale di sala si avvicinava per chiederci se potevamo iniziare con il servizio.
Finalmente inizia il servizio dopo il mio sollecito. Personale di sala, sgarbato, poco professionale. Finito l'antipasto si parte col giro pizza dopo una lunga attesa.
Prima di passare alla torta (portata da noi per l'occasione), ovviamente dopo sollecito, chiediamo 2 box pizza per portare 2 pizze che erano rimaste, ci viene detto che non è possibile (quindi meglio buttarle).
Finalmente arriva la torta gelato servita in piattini caldi che nel giro di 2 minuti ci son volute le cannucce.
Finito il taglio della torta, ci viene detto con tono alquanto infastidito (la torta la metto qua, indicando un'armasio freezer, portatevela altrimenti la buttiamo).
L'unica cosa positiva della serata era la location, ma la location paga fino ad un certo punto.
P.s.consiglio per i proprietari "il personale va selezionato".
Esperienza negativa da non ripetere.

30/04/2025: Per la mia famiglia e per molti amici è un locale diventato autentico punto di riferimento.La gestione familiare rende l'atmosfera gradevole.Personale educato e di grande professionalità.C'è di tutto! Dalla gastronomia della tradizione territoriale,agli antipasti caldi e ai taglieri di salumi e formaggi,dalle grigliate di carne ai piatti a base di pesce.Ed infine le pizze cotte al forno a legna da un ottimo pizzaiolo.La nostra cena con pizze ed abbondante antipasto caldo ( panelle , arancinette,verdure in pastella,crocchè...)è stata particolarmente apprezzata.Pizze ben cotte,ben lievitate,ben condite con prodotti di qualità.Davvero soddisfatti.Grazie a Loreto,titolare e gentilissimo padrone di casa esemplare nel suo senso di ospitalità,e alla cameriera ,originaria di Trabia ,molto paziente e professionale.Ancora una volta il suggerimento di mio figlio si è rivelato prezioso.A presto
