We had our first visit to Ameterra, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The restaurant was spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that immediately set a great tone for the evening.
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The fish was especially delicious, and the Sicilian rolls were a standout. They have a great wine selection that paired perfectly with our meal.
Our waiter was incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to an already excellent experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch.
This was our first time at Ameterra, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per un percorso di degustazione,spinte anche dalle ottime recensioni! Complimenti vivissimi alla ragazza/ sommelier che ci ha accompagnate in questo percorso consigliandoci in maniera eccellente i vini giusti da abbinare e descrivendo alla perfezione ogni singola portata! Complimenti anche allo chef che con la sua creatività e cultura, ha creato delle opere d'arte rendendo la degustazione un esperienza sensoriale.... (visivo, olfattivo e gustativo ) un mix di culture, sapori, odori e colori ! Eccellente in tutto!

I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

29/10/2024: Vilket ställe inrätt som en bilverkstad och alla rätter döpte efter bilmärken , och dom finaste rätterna natuligtvis dom finaste märkerna. Vi beställde alla ferarri oxfile med gorgozola micsallad och ptata fritti och tilldetta ett topvin. Allt väldigt gott och super service. Trevligt koncept, enligt mig bäst i Termini

07/06/2025: Disappointing experience. I take a fish appetizer, the shrimp cocktail was made up of no more than 5 shrimp, a small slice of salmon, the good octopus, then simple hard bread with two anchovies.
I take pistachio and shrimp pasta… The only flavor of the pasta? Cream. A pesto and cream pasta. The shrimp? Tiny shrimp and like the cocktail, about 5.
I am in the sector and passionate about cooking, I have to say unfortunately the worst seafood culinary experience I have had so far. Too bad for the place, beautiful and impressive, even if the fake lawn could be maintained better.
The service is not the best, but the guys are nice, even if you can see a serious lack of organization, the owner I think, or the head waiter, very rude towards the staff, reprimanded several times in front of everyone, really unhuman and unprofessional. With us he was nice, but not being nice with them is very annoying. I will not return.
I advise you, hire people who know how to cook fish, pasta with cream is unbearable. Make better use of the beautiful location you have.

25/03/2025: Sono stato benissimo. Ho degustato dell’ottimo pesce godendo una splendida visuale dalla terrazza sul mare. Gradito il piatto di cozze offerte dal ristorante. 5 stelle.
20/11/2024: Cibo appena sufficiente , servizio buono, ma riguardo al vino, avendo chiesto vino locale e specificando che ci avrebbe portato un buon vino…un regaleali del 2021 che non andrebbe servito per correttezza, chiedendo spiegazioni al titolare. Ci ha detto torno subito…e ancora lo aspettiamo. Non lo consiglio.
