29/05/2025: Ameterra ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had our first visit to Ameterra, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The restaurant was spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that immediately set a great tone for the evening. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The fish was especially delicious, and the Sicilian rolls were a standout. They have a great wine selection that paired perfectly with our meal. Our waiter was incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to an already excellent experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. This was our first time at Ameterra, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommended!

18/05/2025: Con amici abbiamo scelto il menu di pesce. Personale accogliente ed attento alle esigenze che abbiamo avanzato. Ottima qualità dei prodotti utilizzati. Buona la scelta dei vini. Rapporto qualità-prezzo nella norma. Raccomandabile.

28/05/2025: Welcomed in the Italian style, After the starter, we waited more than half an hour. In the meantime, the waiter thought we'd been served and finished eating, and even removed all the cutlery. When the main course was served, we found nothing to eat. No apologies, no excuses... nice! Besides, I ordered my small mixed salad. Obviously it was ordered to accompany my spaghetti; it was served ah, dessert time. What kind of world are we living in?

The service was excellent, with attentive, friendly and always available staff. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism and passion, making us feel welcomed and pampered. The location, elegant and surrounded by greenery, gave a magical atmosphere, making our “yes” even more special. Thank you so much for making this day perfect. Complimenti vivissimi alla ragazza/ sommelier che ci ha accompagnate in questo percorso consigliandoci in maniera eccellente i vini giusti da abbinare e descrivendo alla perfezione ogni singola portata! Complimenti anche allo chef che con la sua creatività e cultura, ha creato delle opere d'arte rendendo la degustazione un esperienza sensoriale.... (visivo, olfattivo e gustativo ) un mix di culture, sapori, odori e colori ! Eccellente in tutto!

01/12/2024: Amazing happy and energetic service to make us feel welcomed. 2 courses was little bit too intense with lack of balance for my personal taste. Like the pumpkin risotto with smoked duck breast or the pork cheeks with alot of strong and fatty flavours . I could have wished for a little more pungent and fresher kick than the curry mayo or something more sour than an sweet apple chutney. But the cheeks themselves were cooked to perfection. Great work, thanks for the evening.
