03/08/2025: Exceptional! A real pleasure for the palate. All dishes are prepared with quality raw materials and chef Roberto is a true master in the kitchen. Seafood salad, fried calamari, spaghetti with clams, mussels, swordfish, whatever dish you choose you will not be disappointed. Compliments to Claudia, a true "hostess". We will definitely return as soon as possible.

Although I didn't eat there and ordered takeout pizzas, I appreciated the friendliness and transparency of the staff. They were quick to notify me that they had some issues with the oven, which were resolved almost immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed my Paolone pizza, which was truly a surprise for the palate. It's a shame the cooking was compromised by the oven issues, but despite that, it received top marks. I hope to return and eat there so I can enjoy its elegant and relaxed atmosphere for longer.

31/08/2025: Baglio Himera was a discovery steeped in the sea and authenticity. We arrived almost by chance and felt warmly welcomed. The location exudes the charm of simple yet special things, while the dishes express Sicily with great quality: authentic flavors that evoke the sea and tradition. The catch of the day was so fresh that the very fisherman who had brought it in just hours earlier was dining next to us. A place that stays in your heart, because it combines good food, genuine people, and the magic of this land.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per un percorso di degustazione,spinte anche dalle ottime recensioni! Complimenti vivissimi alla ragazza/ sommelier che ci ha accompagnate in questo percorso consigliandoci in maniera eccellente i vini giusti da abbinare e descrivendo alla perfezione ogni singola portata! Complimenti anche allo chef che con la sua creatività e cultura, ha creato delle opere d'arte rendendo la degustazione un esperienza sensoriale.... (visivo, olfattivo e gustativo ) un mix di culture, sapori, odori e colori ! Eccellente in tutto!

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

18/08/2025: The food was truly amazing. I think he could charge a lot more for the quantity and quality of the food. The service was very, very good, courteous, and attentive. If this hadn't been my last evening here, I would definitely have come back. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: We came here for our anniversary, a special occasion for us. We were given a table on the grass near a rather noisy party. The tables had obviously been moved to accommodate more people. We asked to move tables, but they denied it. We enjoyed the food very much; the portions were generous and well-prepared. The service was a bit disappointing; the staff seemed distracted. When paying, we didn't receive change. We waited quite a while before we could ask for it at the cashier, after having asked two other staff members.
More attention to service is definitely needed, and perhaps more attention to customer needs.
Nice and well-kept location.

08/07/2025: Decidiamo di prenotare, in questo RISTORANTE, la cena con la famiglia per festeggiare un evento speciale.
Arriviamo al ristorante, nessuno ci accoglie, ci siamo dovuti informare con il proprietario per farci indicare il tavolo.
Una volta arrivati tutti, nessuno del personale di sala si avvicinava per chiederci se potevamo iniziare con il servizio.
Finalmente inizia il servizio dopo il mio sollecito. Personale di sala, sgarbato, poco professionale. Finito l'antipasto si parte col giro pizza dopo una lunga attesa.
Prima di passare alla torta (portata da noi per l'occasione), ovviamente dopo sollecito, chiediamo 2 box pizza per portare 2 pizze che erano rimaste, ci viene detto che non è possibile (quindi meglio buttarle).
Finalmente arriva la torta gelato servita in piattini caldi che nel giro di 2 minuti ci son volute le cannucce.
Finito il taglio della torta, ci viene detto con tono alquanto infastidito (la torta la metto qua, indicando un'armasio freezer, portatevela altrimenti la buttiamo).
L'unica cosa positiva della serata era la location, ma la location paga fino ad un certo punto.
P.s.consiglio per i proprietari "il personale va selezionato".
Esperienza negativa da non ripetere.
