What we liked most: octopus with potato foam, capellacci, tuna tataki, and chocolate ice cream. The bread is excellent (sourdough), and the organic olive oil is a 10/10. Highly recommended for a special occasion. Thank you!

28/12/2025: It was superb. I keep thinking about my (fresh) spaghetti, and specifically the sauce: Nduja, bottarga, breadcrumbs, grilled tomatoes, parsley. Mopped up with scarpette of their home made bread that was delicious. Clean bowls all round. My children had wonderful artichoke hearts that they made disappear in seconds, without offering any to their father. My wife had marinaded prawns of again unknown delicacy. As soon as I return to London I want to try to make that spaghetti sauce. Had an excellent carricante-based Etna bianco 2024 from SRC. Carricante for Etna whites and Nerello Mascalese for Etna rosso are the best wines in Sicily. Dry, saline, savoury, exquisite. My main course was roast pork slices from Nebrodi pigs with charred broccoli that melted in the mouth. I would go back again tonight and have the spaghetti again. I should also add that the service was first rate: two charming knowledgeable Sicilian ladies who spoke English well. What a place!

The fusion of these elements brings out the best in the ingredients used in the kitchen by the mastery of chef Angelo Daino! What emerges is excellence! Unparalleled local products, wines, oils, and manna, along with the presence and words of Giulio Gelardi, warmed the hearts and souls of all of us. 26/10/2025: This small family restaurant deserves 5 stars! We went there two nights in a row: the welcome was warm and almost family-like. The menu is relatively short (but there's something for everyone) with 100% Italian ingredients and homemade dishes. The tiramisu is simply to die for... The woman who served us made us feel at ease; we really felt at home. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the sunset because the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30 pm and it was October, but the terrace certainly offers an exceptional view in summer.

15/03/2026: A small restaurant located in the center of Cefalù, with very helpful, attentive, and welcoming staff. We tried the Sicilian octopus salad and eggplant caponata as appetizers: good, though not particularly generous. The house "Al Carretto" first course was decidedly more generous, with mussels, tomatoes, and seasonal vegetables: a tasty and successful combination. Prices are in line with the average for Cefalù restaurants. Highly recommended!

28/10/2025: A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.

26/10/2025: The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it!
