04/10/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. "It's like home," he told us as he served us his appetizers, main course, and dessert, along with a drink of your choice. The price is fixed based on seasonal produce, and you get what you pay for. The service was perfect; the chef was smiling and took his time with his customers like a good Italian! If you want to live the quintessential Italian experience, this is exactly where you need to be! But be careful about the time you arrive; only two services are available to allow you a unique experience.

04/10/2025: Clearly the best restaurant I've been to in Sicily! Let me explain why: It's a surprise service; they ask if there are any allergies or preferences, and they decide the menu. You eat several starters, several antipasti, all cooked in different ways; the ingredients are exceptional. We eat on paper plates because the most important thing is the freshness of the ingredients served, not the unnecessary rest. The chef cooks according to his wishes and what we've bought; he does everything himself. As he told us, it's at his place; you eat like at Casa. It's truly a Sicilian theater. The wine is sumptuous; there's nothing we didn't like. ONE WORD: Incredibly authentic

23/09/2025: A very nice place, quiet and relaxing (although I would have liked more shaded relaxation areas to read or lie down rather than stay in the room). The outdoor spaces are very well-kept. It's family-run. The staff are very kind, courteous, and attentive. Even my dog, a medium-sized mixed breed, was very welcome. Breakfast was plentiful. Lunch was a set menu, prepared by the owner, and was very good. Even the ricotta cassatelle were served hot, freshly made! Thank you for your hospitality.

05/10/2025: This bistro is located in the quiet square of the Baroque church of Santa Rita. Our visit was a real pleasure, thanks to the quality of the food and drinks. The staff was very friendly, and even gave us the unique opportunity to visit the little church opposite, which would have been closed at the time.

23/08/2025: Our go-to place in Caltagirone. We stayed at Memá for three nights after a stay in Sicily. Its terrace is wonderful, with great music and a relaxing atmosphere. I can say the wine list is good, as I tried Nero Davola, which was very good and I returned several times. The food is well-prepared, without frills, but high-quality. The prices are very good. Dinner with wine, starter, and main course is €50 for two people. If you're looking for a quality, peaceful retreat with a chic atmosphere, this is your place.

08/09/2025: A reception venue for ceremonies, from birthdays to weddings. Located in the open countryside, it offers large open spaces and a reception hall. Guests can also stay in their rooms. It also features a spa currently under construction. The owners are wonderful, incredibly kind, and attentive to every detail to ensure every ceremony is flawless.

01/10/2025: Cannoli are the best in tradition, but the entire patisserie offers the best local produce. A special compliment to the ladies at the counter, who are efficient and extremely kind, and able to quickly handle even a packed restaurant like Sunday lunchtime. Sincere compliments.

The cannoli with very little sugar, just how I like it, the granita didn't melt, the cassatina was lightly moistened with alchermes and a little sugar, and the brische was a cloud. A RIOT OF FLAVORS. 26/08/2025: I visited Caseificio Fontanapietra and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I had the opportunity to taste several products, and honestly, they were all top-notch. All the cheeses I tried were delicious; you can really taste the care and passion they put into their production. They have an authentic, genuine flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. However, there's one product that particularly struck me and deserves a special mention: their ricotta. It's truly spectacular. Soft, velvety, and with a delicate yet intense flavor. It's not your average ricotta, but something that truly leaves you speechless. ​If you're a cheese lover and are in the area, I absolutely recommend stopping by Caseificio Fontanapietra. It's worth it just to try their ricotta. You won't regret it!

16/10/2025: Terrible experience. The food was definitely too small in quantity and too expensive for the first course (€18). I'll look at the waiters' behavior, especially the one who took our order. We ordered two pasta dishes with seafood on a bed of creamed fava beans. They served us a half portion of risotto with the same sauce as the pasta we ordered. When we complained about the dish we ordered, the waiter said it was exactly what they were serving. We asked for the menu again, and surprisingly, it said pasta. Then, apologies for excuses and a small discount instead of €42, €35. Unprofessional, 1000 liars. I hope this review of mine gets published.

10/10/2025: A fantastic, quiet place, easy to navigate, very simple, and the food is fantastic. I recommend it because the prices are really competitive, even low. The tiramisu is first-class. The pasta is also excellent.
