30/04/2025: nice place. well cared for in the furnishings and matching colours. from the windows you overlook Piazza San Giorgio, yet another glimpse of Caltagirone. the pizzas are very good. excellent ingredients and high quality seasoning. and then, as we know, the eye also wants its part.... the attentive room service is friendly. the final caress is the "dessert", the restaurant's specialty. a gem of those that, as soon as you see it, you say "I'm full, I won't even taste it". but then, you don't just taste it. You don't even leave a morsel. If you are in Caltagirone and want to eat a good pizza, stop by.

Don't think you can order whatever you want, have "faith", you will eat what the host wants, I assure you that you will not have any nasty surprises. Very small place, with not many seats even outside, but very characteristic. Reservation is advisable

The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, and they accommodated our group’s gluten-free needs without compromising on flavor or creativity. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Being there for a school event, what struck us most, being in the company of a girl in a wheelchair, was the presence of a platform designed specifically for people with disabilities. This shows a real respect for inclusion and respect for ALL CUSTOMERS. It is rare to find a place that combines quality of service and attention to everyone's needs and this bar does it excellently. I recommend this bar to anyone who wants to find quality food, customer care and respect for everyone

06/05/2025: Absolutely loved my stay here—it’s a peaceful, rustic escape in the heart of rural Sicily. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s a bit off the beaten path (don’t trust Google Maps!), but if you’re looking for an authentic countryside experience, this place is a true gem.

Very nicely presented dishes. Very good and hearty. I particularly recommend the pumpkin soufflé. fast service. Effective . I highly recommend this restaurant. Inventive and beautifully presented light cuisine

08/06/2025: Il ristorante è ubicato ai piedi della scalinata di Caltagirone, patrimonio dell'UNESCO. È ubicato all'interno dello storico palazzo Reburdone. Ho avuto modo di apprezzare le prelibatezze culinarie in occasione di un evento familiare. L'estro dello chef e la bontà del cibo, nonché la professionalità del personale mi hanno fatto vivere bene ogni momento. Pesce freschissimo e servizio impeccabile. Consiglio a quanti lo desiderano di fare esperienza del ricco menù che lo chef propone.

29/05/2025: Eccellente ristorante ai piedi della monumentale Scalinata di Caltagirone. Il locale si presenta dall'atmosfera elegante ed armonioso , servizi al top, presentazione dei piatti con stile ed armonia. Servizio al tavolo eccellente, cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Il pesce freschissimo, sia nei crudi che nei cotti. La pasta fresca, una chicca di gusti e sapori di ogni singolo ingrediente.
