13/08/2025: I hate to say it, but I expected better from a 4-star hotel.
A hotel should have a bar and a restaurant on site.
When we booked our room, we asked reception if the restaurant was open. They told us it was open, but only for those who had booked, so we could use it. Unfortunately, when I asked what time we could go down to the restaurant, I was told it would be closed. Despite all this, I booked for two nights and even paid a fairly high price, considering it's mid-August.
As for the rest, I don't know what else to say. The pool is open, but it's quite small, so with a few more rooms booked, it obviously gets crowded, making it difficult to swim. The minibar in the room didn't work, and the cleanliness was no problem. I'd recommend reconsidering the services a hotel should offer, because someone would be willing to pay for dinner and lunch, and not have to rush around looking for an open pizzeria!
06/08/2025: Stayed for one night for Etnaland. Very convenient, large private parking lot, everything well-maintained and clean, both inside and out. The reception is staffed, but not at night, and the elevator is unusable from midnight to 8 am the next day; I'm not sure how a wheelchair user is supposed to manage. The hotel is keyless; you can open everything (doors and garage gate) with a code; convenient, but I'm not sure if it's practical for security. Unfortunately, the pizzeria was closed. The room was clean, but with some shabby and outdated details, such as a blackened toilet and silicone in the shower. Breakfast was simple and communal, but plentiful; excellent orange juice. Small pool with a few loungers and a lawn. There's not much to do in town, but I'd stay here again on my next trip to Etnaland.

02/08/2025: Aperitivo (Aperol Spritz) with mini pizzas, mini arancini, olives, and chips. Excellent pizza, from the dough to the ingredients, with several unique and appetizing choices. Prices are average but not as low as described in older reviews. A bit of confusion among the waiters about where to seat us, but nothing serious.
09/07/2025: A historic, spacious, and elegant bar in Biancavilla where you're guaranteed to enjoy whatever you want, given the delicious food. Its only drawback is its location on the outskirts of town.

28/07/2025: Elegant atmosphere, excellent quality ingredients, very friendly staff, and prices I'd say are in line with the offerings. The menu is very varied: first and second courses of seafood and meat, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and pinsa. Excellent meat. Recommended.
22/07/2025: We had dinner with friends, the place is very nice, but we ordered a platter for 4 people and a very small platter arrived with very few things at a cost of 25 euros if I'm not mistaken, however the pizza was very good and at regular prices.

04/06/2025: Finding a piece of glass while eating a cream cake was not the best quality. There were no consequences, fortunately I threw everything away to be safe, but I should have done something else with a clear mind. You have lost a customer, it could have been worse. I do not recommend

05/08/2025: Using the excuse of faulty air conditioning fins, we had to endure a no-air-conditioning dinner with the doors wide open, and mosquitoes made a feast for us and our children. The Capricciosa pizza was very sparse in ingredients. I was very disappointed. I don't think I'll return.
02/06/2025: The quality of the food is not the best, I am referring to the fish dishes, the poor menu has little choice and for the price you are going to pay I strongly recommend not going to this restaurant.

11/07/2025: A well-maintained, clean place, and in the summer, cool and very quiet.
We ate a delicious pizza: excellent dough and excellent ingredients, light and very digestible.
We had a great time, the service was excellent, and the price was also good.
I highly recommend this place; it's well-maintained, with attention to every detail and very clean.
If I need a good pizza 🍕, but also a typical local dinner, this is the place.

03/08/2025: Nice place. Friendly staff. The rates are too expensive, including drinks (water, coffee, sodas, etc.). The rooms are not up to the standard of the site. No air conditioning. The nights are stifling in summer. The rooms are narrow. They lack privacy. They directly overlook the restaurant. The pool is regularly dirty, full of insects. The public trash can remained full for several days.

25/04/2025: Easter lunch with my relatives, the place was full and we had lunch in a fairly small room full of diners and very loud music, you couldn't even hear the neighbor next door. The food and service was good enough, it was just poor. At the time of payment we were asked if we were satisfied and we replied "no" the owner, told us that there were many of us and he could not do better. A suggestion: next time make fewer reservations and you'll see that people come back, those who were with me won't come back.
15/04/2025: Went several times for both lunch and dinner, eating very well, with abundant dishes. Polite and attentive staff, clean room. Very nice owners, they make you feel at ease. I will definitely be back.

22/07/2025: We stayed at Podere dell’Etna for only one night, but the experience was so positive that we wanted to return as soon as possible. From the first moment, we felt welcomed with warmth and professionalism: the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and smiling, making us feel right at home.
The property is simply magical, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, with an atmosphere that invites relaxation and wonder. The cuisine was a true revelation: delicious dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with quality ingredients, accompanied by impeccable service.
An experience we will cherish forever. Congratulations to Mario and the entire staff for the attention, care, and passion they convey in everything they do. We can't wait to return!
30/04/2025: We were charged twice! The owner charged us before arrival and claimed we did not pay during checkout. We could prove our payment by bank statements but he didn’t accept and charged our visa card again without our knowledge or approval. He even threatened with calling the police! Food was mediocre and way overpriced! Owner was rude. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Horrible experience!

15/09/2024: Pizza di eccellente qualità. Celerità nella consegna assicurata. Cortesia e disponibilità garantiti. Igiene presente. La lievitazione - davvero ben curata - dona al palato del buongustaio una pasta leggera, digeribilissima e costellata da ingredienti freschi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Locale ideale per più incontri. Dal familiare al cameratesco. Buon divertimento e buon giro pizza!
