18/08/2025: We tried these fabulous burgers at the food truck they set up at the "Milena Street Food" event. What can I say? Exceptional sandwiches. Super soft buns, light and delicious sauces, top-quality meat. I was truly amazed and can honestly say that this is one of the best places in Sicily to eat a quality burger. Kudos also to the friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the good work, guys!

18/09/2025: We came here for the first time expecting a simple fast food joint. We were wrong: the quality of the food was that of a top-notch restaurant! We ate very well, plentiful, and, I repeat, quality! The only problem: the prices weren't clearly indicated, nor were they detailed (if there was a menu, or if you paid individually, how much, how, etc.). But other than that, the prices were absolutely in line with the quality—in fact, we'll be back!

I went to Cabana Self Service in Caltanissetta for the first time today, and I must say it was a truly positive experience in every way. The food is excellent, with tasty dishes, well-cooked, and prepared with fresh ingredients. You can taste the quality and care in every course! But what struck me most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I was with two people with disabilities, and we were welcomed with a kindness and attentiveness that are truly rare. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very respectful, truly making a difference in our experience. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. A place where you eat well and feel at ease. Highly recommended! A true example of inclusive, quality dining. Congratulations to all the staff at Cabana Self Service. I'll definitely be back. 12/06/2025: Family owned businesses are what I call a must-go-to establishment. Never disappointed by the food at this place, I tried something outside my “normal scope of practice”. The Stuffed Pepper. It was fantastic. I wasn’t in the mood for pasta (although my company got the ravioli-which they so kindly used vodka sauce) and the pizza appetizer was more than sufficient to fill my “carb craving”. This dish was excellent and the mix of ground meat along with the prosciutto was the perfect blend of flavor. Topped off with delicious red sauce and some parmesan cheese, i was in heaven. I’ve eaten here many times and I like the chicken parmesan as well as the lasagna, but sometimes it’s nice to think outside the box

23/09/2025: Great find in Gela! We went on a Monday night and ordered two appetizers, two pasta dishes, and a main course (all made with fish and seafood). Each dish was exquisite, and the portions were very generous. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always very friendly. I would definitely go back!

14/11/2025: Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the food, compared to a couple of years ago. Everything was reheated, except the pasta. The staff were really friendly, but not suitable for a restaurant like this. Everyone was very friendly, but unfortunately that's not enough. The quality-price ratio was just not there. For €60 in Gela or Sicily, I would have eaten much more, with better quality.

27/10/2025: There are two menus: an afternoon one from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and an evening one from 7:30 PM. We arrived at 7:00 PM and were seated at a table in the center of the outdoor area. We ordered two pasta dishes alla norma and a portion of swordfish rolls. We received our second course before the first courses were cleared. The bowl of salted ricotta (dry) kept us company until the end of the meal. We asked for dessert, they gave us the menus and left us there. After a 20-minute wait, we got up and asked for our table number to pay at the cashier. They didn't even offer to bring us the bill, as they did for other tables nearby. Terrible service, Vibo is decent. We won't be returning.
