24/11/2024: It's a very nice place and it's small... The owner is very kind and knows how to do his duty.... The only flaw is in the pizza..... Personally I didn't like it... no flavor, no seasoning. especially raw dough, something that quite a few customers have pointed out... I personally would focus on changing the pizza chef because the only problem lies there... it lacks taste and character which is the basis for an excellent pizza....

04/12/2024: He moved across the street from where he was before but the opinion doesn't change. Now more spacious, there is a part reserved for the restaurant. Modern, clean and friendly staff. Excellent cappuccino and truly stuffed croissants. You can enjoy an aperitif by eating a rather rich plate of appetizers, and not the usual peanuts and salty chips or small bruschetta with a bit of tomato........and having to add a personal opinion, it is the only bar not having increased the price of the croissants which, in addition to being full inside unlike other bars, always cost 1 euro! The only sore point was the pizza: I happened to have to eat it and it wasn't tasty at all. The pasta was excellent, the rest lacked salt and the ingredients of the capricciosa tasted of nothing, you couldn't even smell the mushrooms, the same goes for the ham. I highly recommend shopping with a little more quality when choosing the products to put on the pizza. So €8.50 is not worth it at all. Loss of a star on our part.

03/12/2024: All good and prices ok for breakfast and aperitif. The coffee is excellent, the croissants are quite filling, plentiful appetizers for the aperitif and friendly staff....BUT UNFORTUNATELY I can't say the same about the pizza. I finally had the opportunity to eat it: nice looking with the high edge, good pasta and cooking, but ZERO taste of the ingredients!!! They served it to me tasteless, unseasoned sauce, ham that smelled strange (it wasn't a stink) but it didn't even look like ham, the fresh mushrooms didn't smell at all, the onion was yellow, it looked like it was pre-cooked and cut large. I didn't know what I was eating because it tasted like nothing, zero taste. I'm sorry because I would have liked to give 5 stars but the ingredients tasted like nothing. Everything I smelled didn't smell like what it was, to get the idea.

31/08/2024: Post-wedding relaxation from ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magical place surrounded by nature where relaxation and tranquility reign supreme. We also had the pleasure of participating in an excellent wine tasting with an accompanying visit to the cellar. The structure is a jewel but in order to shine it needs the magnificent work of the staff who are always present and precise in managing everything (breakfast, room service, tasting, request for information, swimming pool kiosk, emergency management 🙄 etc etc) Special thanks go to Salvatore for his availability even late in the evening and his professionalism We left knowing that one day we will return to celebrate a wedding anniversary 💗

28/08/2024: Enchanting location in the Sicilian hinterland. We stayed here one night and were immediately amazed as soon as we arrived. It is an old millstone with attention to the smallest details, leaving the typical characteristics intact. The room assigned (we were given an unexpected free upgrade) is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, you can perceive the high quality of the materials used (the doors and switches are a real gem). The exteriors and the pool area are truly beautiful with a breathtaking view of the valley and the very comfortable poolside loungers. All the people who work there, from the waiters to the reception, are prepared and very nice. The dinner at the palmento is of a high standard, impeccable service with the opening aperitif, generous portions and excellent quality/price ratio. Abundant breakfast with a wide selection of excellent desserts. To conclude, at the time of the bill we were also offered a bottle of wine. In conclusion: a very good structure to spend a relaxing day (shame about some other host families who ruined the peaceful atmosphere of the place a bit) pampered by everyone and savoring the Sicilian land. We thank you very much for your hospitality.
