28/09/2025: I've been there three times, but the last time I only enjoyed the music; otherwise, the table service was inadequate and insufficient. When you know the place is full, you have to know how to organize your staff. It's inconceivable that you have to eat pizza (ordered at 8:45 PM) at midnight. I won't be back. Best regards.

24/06/2025: Terrible experience.. you don't even deserve a star.. I held my daughter's baptism and one year birthday on Sunday.. and they didn't tell me that you had to pay for the seasi.. and so I couldn't enter with my daughter or dance.. because they had paid for the other birthday girl (but they told us that the music was free) they brought us the cake when the place closed.. when the music stopped and when everyone left.. this place doesn't deserve anything.. because they treated me like a dog. And not even animals are treated like this.. never again 😚

16/10/2025: Terrible place, the little Italian woman was rude and loud, the young Italian guy seemed to be there as a punishment, I ordered one thing and got another, a waste of time, I do not recommend it.

27/08/2025: Today I ordered some take-out pizzas. I ordered 3 pizzas. One of the 3 pizzas I ordered was a parmigiana without parmesan. When I got it home, I saw that they had added parmesan cheese, which I hadn't asked for. Not only does the pizza taste like nothing, it has no flavor at all, and not only is the pizza very chewy.

10/06/2025: We ate here twice. The pizzas are wonderful with their delicious cheese and puffy Sicilian pizza crust. The burger was overcooked, so stick to the pizzas. It took a while for the food the come to the table, but we’re on Italian time. The little plaza is a nice hangout spot. Overall it’s a great place for dinner.

30/08/2025: Shameful experience – worth reporting We dined at Ristorante Pizzeria La Lampara for Ferragosto (9 people, including a child) and never expected such disorganization, poor quality, and above all, lack of hygiene. Disappointing first courses: the orecchiette with ragù was simply pasta with raw sauce and raw olive oil. The orecchiette with mussels, clams, scampi, and cherry tomatoes didn't even contain clams. Disgraceful second courses: instead of the "steak," they received two fragmented bones, pure waste. When I pointed this out, the response was that the steaks were sold out. Unacceptable for a €55 menu. Furthermore, we also found a hair in the fish main course (photo attached). Zero hygiene: the presence of hair on the plates is not only disrespectful to customers, but a serious health risk, worthy of intervention by the NAS. Poor appetizers: mozzarella as hard as chewing gum and a small square of omelette that looked freshly defrosted. Anonymous desserts and sorbets, absolutely not up to par. In total, we spent €55 each for a disgraceful menu with obvious health and hygiene risks. A terrible experience, never again. Honestly, given the severity of the situation, it would deserve a health inspection.

27/08/2025: I happened upon it by chance (without reading any reviews) for a quick lunch and had to send back two salads full of small animals, which unfortunately indicates poor hygiene, a very serious issue for a restaurant business. Only one young waiter apologized for the inconvenience. Failed for everything.

09/10/2025: What a shame, what poor service, what rude employees. Avoid like the plague. They're taking advantage of their location, otherwise I'd like to see.

30/09/2025: Easter Lunch This is our first time discovering this place by chance. The food could be better, it's a bit '80s-style—the pasta should be cooked more al dente, the rice with fish should be cooked without cream, and perhaps more sophisticated desserts. But the place is worth the missing stars! Beautiful. The welcome and service are like those of a fine restaurant. We'll be back many times!

17/10/2025: Bad service and bad food aren't usually a given in Sicily. However, this restaurant succeeds. The food was bland and greasy, and in our opinion, some of it was canned or frozen. The waitresses weren't really on the ball. While we were eating, there was a continuous line next to us waiting for the only, very dirty, restroom. And since the white-haired waiter felt he had to constantly reshuffle and restock dishes, making a loud clatter, it was incredibly loud. We wouldn't recommend it; this restaurant doesn't deserve the name Edelweiss.

12/10/2025: The coffee was okay. As for the food, you can eat anything if you're really hungry and other restaurants are full. Otherwise, I'd probably choose another place. The people working there are polite and helpful.

21/09/2025: An insult to Italian food, the worst meal I’ve had in 4 months of travelling through Europe. Extremely overpriced too. Such a shame for such a glorious island.

21/09/2025: The apartment is in an exceptional location, but they didn't have the reservation made two months before. It took a lot of nerves and discussion with the manager The restaurant was a joke, disappointing food, not good at all and very expensive and bad service

27/07/2025: It was one of Sant'Agata's historic places where you could eat well. But sadly, it closed permanently a few months ago.

21/09/2025: A fish fry shop offering mixed trays of battered fish, skewers, and French fries. The service is young and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is casual, located on Piazza Duca in Marina di Ragusa. I'd last been there about seven years earlier, and I'm happy to have confirmed my fond memories.

20/08/2025: In the center of Marina di Ragusa, if you're craving delicious fried fish, served in a characteristic wooden casciolo (fish bowl) and washed down with a fine wine, you've come to the right place! Furthermore, the kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness of all the staff (especially Alessandro) will make the experience even more enjoyable!

19/08/2025: If I could give zero stars I would, the place itself is also beautiful on the seafront, as soon as we arrived we had to absorb the complaints of the waiter Emanuele, immediately afterwards the apparently kind but very authoritative owner shows up with the depressed waiter, we order two appetizers and two fried dishes, one thinks that being in Sicily and on the seafront the fish, regardless of the price, is of excellent quality and size, instead in my opinion they take the scraps to cook them as best as possible, then if we want to talk about the oil for frying they certainly haven't changed it since December 1st January, unfortunately, not knowing the place we were ripped off in everything even economically 80 € is stolen, forget it, stay away and have a loaf of bread with mortadella which is better

16/10/2025: Paolo, the owner, is the worst person I've ever met: he didn't feed us and we worked twelve hours a day without a day off.
