I find that accusing a customer of "ruining the reputation" of a place just for having expressed a personal opinion on the experience he had experienced is an out-of-place and unprofessional reaction. I am sorry that my opinion, based on a welcome that I perceived as less than courteous, is being reduced to an unfair attack. I reiterate that my comment does not call into question the quality of the place in general, but simply points out a specific episode that I believe could be improved. I believe that every review, positive or negative, should be welcomed as an opportunity for growth, rather than as an excuse to respond in such an aggressive manner. However, I wish the restaurant to continue to be successful, with the hope that the management of the relationship with customers will continue. Greetings.

09/10/2024: We stayed for 3 nights and it was a really good experience. The rooms look a bit old but they are clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was the best we‘ve had on the whole Island. I would recommend this hotel 👍🏼

If we wished, one of the very friendly, courteous waitresses would have served it for us. The grilled vegetables were a poem. And the price is unbeatable in terms of performance. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended if you want to eat authentic Sardinian cuisine and fish in Olbia.

30/12/2024: 10 of us had dinner, 4 children and 6 adults, excellent cuisine, fresh raw materials, cleanliness like few others, excellent first appetizers and second courses, the cod cooked by God, amazing pumpkin risotto, highly recommended, if I have to make a suggestion, add a few dishes vegetarian plus, congratulations to all the staff

28/12/2024: I recently had the pleasure of revisiting BY NIGHT restaurant, a place that holds many memorable moments for me, especially as a pre- or post-nightclub destination. The recent renovations have truly elevated the ambiance, creating a more upscale fine dining experience while still retaining the friendly vibe of the staff, which always adds to the enjoyment. During our meal, we tried several fish dishes, and overall, they were delicious. The carpaccio was particularly outstanding and a highlight of the evening. However, I did find that the cozze gratinate were slightly overcooked and a bit dry, which detracted from their potential. Additionally, while the pasta was enjoyable, I think a little less oil would enhance the dish further. The company we had made the experience even more delightful. With a few adjustments to some dishes, I believe it could reach even greater heights. I look forward to returning and seeing how the menù evolves!

26/10/2024: Waited 12 min for the menu and other 36min for the food. Squid was chewy. Pasta was great though. Location and view is beautiful, right by the beach.

19/11/2024: Capitati per caso in una serata autunnale, con musica dal vivo di una cantante molto brava. Servizio molto gentile di tutto il personale, pochi piatti essendo fuori stagione. Cucina dai sapori decisi, abbiamo apprezzato tutto, compresa la cacio e pepe con tartare di tonno o variante gamberi. Le cozze alla marinara non erano particolarmente grandi, anzi, ma essendo fuori stagione ci siamo un po' accontentati. Bella l'idea anche delle serate a tema, non abbiamo approfittato scegliendo dal menù ma l'iniziativa è buona e il prezzo proposto sarebbe stato più vantaggioso (giustamente) facendo anche abbinamento a vini compresi, di una cantina che proponeva prosecchi nello specifico. Merita senz'altro una visita. Non economico, ma nella media per il locale.

Il loro amore, la loro passione, i cibi deliziosi. Potrei stare ore a raccontare ma... la cosa migliore che posso fare e consigliarvi di prenotare il vostro tavolo. Le mie stelle sono 100...non 5.

08/12/2024: I have been a customer of this renowned pizzeria in Olbia for years, but today the surprise with the bill infuriated me. I ordered two take-away pizzas to specify two Calipsos, and magically the price increased dramatically with a total of 28 euros for two take-away pizzas!!!! A THEFT!!!! I would like to point out that the pizzas, in addition to being wrong and therefore having to go back to have them corrected, are very salty and inedible!! I wonder if they think that money grows on trees or, in addition to scamming people, because this is a real scam, have they ever worked a penny with their own hands (the owners). I remind you that here you are in Sardinia and that if you want to cheat people you can go back to Naples 😉.

25/08/2024: We have been on vacation in the area for a week and we have gone a couple of times for dinner. The pizzas are delicious, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the owner is very attentive and friendly. If we return one day to stay in that area we will definitely repeat.
