15/02/2025: Serata di San Valentino con la mia famiglia! Abbiamo gustato ogni pietanza! Piatti curati nell’impiattamento e ottimi!!!! Le portate dell’antipasto erano 4 e una più buona dell’altra: la ‘polpetta ‘di cous cous ci e’ piaciuta tantissimo, così come il fagottino I primi buonissimi! E i secondi ugualmente gustosi! Ritorneremo!!!!

Le nostre aspettative non sono state deluse. Piatti dove la tradizione incontra la ricercatezza, personale professionale e titolare gentile. Prezzi proporzionati alla qualità dei cibi.

01/01/2025: Per la cena del 31 dicembre io e i miei amici abbiamo scelto Villa Bacco e non abbiamo sbagliato. Dagli antipasti al dolce le pietanze sono state da tutti molto gradite ed abbiamo fatto i complimenti allo titolare e chef Nicola Colucci. Sicuramente torneremo a Villa Bacco in un altra occasione e consiglierò questa location ad altri amici per il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.

01/01/2025: For dinner on December 31st my friends and I chose Villa Bacco and we weren't wrong. From the appetizers to the dessert, the dishes were very much appreciated by everyone and we complimented the owner and chef Nicola Colucci. We will certainly return to Villa Bacco on another occasion and I will recommend this location to other friends for the right value for money.

13/02/2025: Well-stocked butcher's shop. Delicious meat cooked on the ready stove. Friendly owner. We took: bombette, livers, sausage with cheese as well as potatoes cooked in the same oven. Good quality/price ratio. To be recommended.

03/01/2025: Questo posto è perfetto per un dopocena! Posizione stupenda nel colonnato vicino alla cattedrale. Il barman è bravissimo oltre che simpatico! I suoi baffi perfetti come i suoi Daiquiri. Non ho mangiato.

04/01/2025: In pieno centro di Martina Franca ma un po' nascosto, questo ristorante ha ampi ambienti con tavoli ben distanziati, bei spazi caldi e ben decorati. La carta sorprende per la presenza di piatti a una prima lettura elaborati ma dai sapori ben equilibrati e ricercati. Bombette accompagnate da insalata con salsa di soia, tartare di fassona, spaghetti di castagne al sugo di anatra con salsa di agrumi (che bontà!), guancia di manzo, tenerissima, con polenta arrosto, gnocchi alla fonduta di parmigiano con tartufo nero e infine il tiramisù in boccia di cioccolato. Tutto squisito e innaffiato con ottimo NERO di Troia Castel del Monte dop! Da non perdere a Martina F!
