24/08/2024: Recommended by the owners of the B&B we booked this place in the historic center of Grottaglie. I took a mixed roast, an Angus entrecote, baked potatoes, broad beans and chicory. All accompanied by an important red wine, Primitivo of 2022. The mixed roast, cooked in a wood fire, is a taste of their meats. The rare entrecote, cooked to perfection, with a balanced flavor that melts in your mouth. All family-run, kind and professional. An experience to repeat

From the moment we entered, we were welcomed with great cordiality by the owners and staff, always ready to fulfill our every request with professionalism and kindness. One aspect that particularly struck us was the transparent approach of the manager, who showed us the fresh products of the day before taking the order. These are ingredients of the highest quality, strictly local and 0 kilometer, which guarantee unparalleled freshness. Even the homemade bread is a real delight! The restaurant has few seats, a choice that reflects the authenticity and freshness of the products served, guaranteeing an intimate and refined experience for each guest. On the menu there are both meat and fish dishes, and after having tried both on the two occasions we were there, we can say with amazement that both the meat and the fish are prepared with techniques and cooking methods worthy of a Michelin star. Worth noting is the attention to special needs: every request, such as gluten-free options, was accepted without any hesitation. The kitchen was able to respond promptly, demonstrating great flexibility and care for the customer. The selection of wines, varied and suitable for all budgets, completed the gastronomic experience, making it perfect. 28/06/2024: Già entrando ti rendi conto della passione, la conoscenza dei prodotti e dei vini che Antonio e Miriam mettono nel loro squisito ristorante, una tappa che , merita un viaggio di 400 km/h come ho fatto! E’stata un’esperienza che parte dai panificati passando a piatti che, certamente valorizzano la Puglia, ma con delicatezza e stupore per l’interpretazione raffinata che solo chi ama il proprio lavoro ha.

17/08/2024: Notice 1 the portions are decidedly generous: adjust! Warning 2, if possible, sit facing the wall so as not to see what is being served at the other tables: it's all very inviting and you might have second thoughts. Notice 3 don't be surprised to still find a place where the food is loved, the customer is treated very well and above all they still change the cutlery and bring it to you on a tray, covered with a napkin for obvious hygienic reasons.... Do I need to tell you how good everything is? The price is obviously the one due!

16/08/2024: We went for dinner this evening, in the summer there are only tables outside. We took the triptych of meatballs (a portion for two, definitely abundant as you can see in the photo for an appetizer). Then orecchiette in tiesto (in paper) and orecchiette with cherry tomatoes and burrata (dish of the day). We concluded with two almond sorbets. All very good, the only small flaw was the meatballs in sauce which were not hot but only lukewarm, but still very good. With two bottles of water and a total cover charge of €55, more than fair given the enormous quantity of food and the location very close to the square. I recommend booking as a few customers were sent away as everything was full.

17/02/2024: Super welcoming & accommodating to my poor Italian with some really fresh & great food. Anything orecchiette here is amazing. Also has a good selection of beers & a great tiramisu. Really hard to catch open for lunch though so I recommend going for dinner.

10/02/2024: Ho sbagliato a guardare solo le belle foto dei piatti e a non leggere qualche recensione in più. Il locale è carino e bene curato. Il personale cordiale e disponibile. Il servizio veloce. Il menù, invece, proprio perché mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, non mi ha colpito. Antipasti nella norma, primi solo con orecchiette. Un unico secondo molto semplice. Le orecchiette erano molto al dente, quasi dure. Non penso ci tornerò.
