07/09/2025: We got married on August 2, 2025. The reception hall was wonderful, with an elegant and refined exterior and a fabulous interior. The staff was incredibly professional. We will never forget your kindness and the passion you have for your work. Mr. Angelo D'Anzi, the owner, was wonderful, kind, and available to us and our guests. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: We stopped here for lunch today (September 28, 2025) and were impressed. The food was wonderful, and the server was very friendly and accommodating. We can't rate the rooms, as we weren't staying overnight. We can only recommend this restaurant for dinner.
11/09/2025: We visited for a dinner for two: magical! The location was beautiful, and we were able to eat outside in absolute tranquility and silence, accompanied only by the chirping of cicadas. The service was courteous and prompt, and both the main courses, the house appetizer, and the dessert were excellent. The rosé wine was excellent, also available by the glass. The price was average (€40 per person), more than reasonable considering the pleasant experience.
Highly recommended.

10/09/2025: My mother in law and I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful braceria in Ginosa, and I just have to share how fantastic it was, even if this review is late (so sorry)! The place specialises in a variety of meats, as other bracierie, but it was truly an unforgettable experience. I don’t think I have ever had any meat more delicious than what we had that night. The food was absolutely excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
We came down from northern Italy, and the hospitality we received was just over the top. The hosts were incredibly kind, and when they found out how far we had traveled, they even gave us a little gift of home made biscuits (also very delicious) for the road! It was just that kind of personal touch that made us feel so at home.
If you’re ever in Ginosa or Matera (where every place is fully booked and overpriced) and you love great meat selections and genuine hospitality, this is a must visit. Thanks to the entire family working there (and Anna Rosa in particular) for an experience we’re still talking about months later!
30/08/2025: We ate at this butcher's for the first time, expecting to eat well, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the OPPOSITE!
The meat looked good, but it had an unpleasant aroma. The girls serving the food were also rude and unhelpful! They always said no to any questions or information! As soon as we got home, we felt, not bad, but terrible!
Stomach pain and diarrhea.
I strongly advise against this place!

13/09/2025: I can't rate the food because I wasn't able to dine there.
Reserved and table occupied, 15-minute wait, seated while the chairs were still warm, another 15-minute wait for the waiters, but the tables of 6 or more customers were attended to immediately.
I'm sorry, but you're losing customers this way.

02/08/2025: I already left a negative review three years ago, and I won't change it. Quite the opposite! Yesterday, after a while, I returned for an aperitif with my friends. Here's a summary of the evening. The reservation had been mishandled, so we ended up with fewer seats. We could have added them on the spot, but they were removed halfway through the evening because more people were arriving. These seats were assigned to our children, who still enjoyed their drinks. To send us away, they quietly asked us for seats; so we took them and stood up. When we got to the cash register, the owner made some rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful remarks toward us, even toward some of us. I... definitely won't be back!
29/07/2025: Very nice and modern bar/pastry shop. Well-kept and clean. I had an excellent breakfast with a freshly filled white chocolate krapfen. The staff was very kind and helpful. Recommended.

25/08/2025: I accidentally stumbled upon it one Sunday in August at lunchtime, and found myself in a dark place with a young man at the cash register serving focaccia worth its weight in gold and of questionable quality. I would have preferred to wait in line for half an hour at other bakeries than eat a focaccia that was barely manageable.

The staff were really kind and helpful...

20/07/2025: Un locale che abbiamo sempre frequentato con la vecchia gestione. Ieri sera pessima esperienza : pizza non commestibile e prezzi alle stelle.....birra da 33 in bottiglia €4,50; coperto €3....una misera porzione di patatine €6.
Che dire? Una rapina! Ma fisse stata mangiarle la pizza( mal lievitata e cruda), il costo non avrebbe avuto importanza...

19/07/2025: Stasera siamo venuti io e mia moglie senza prenotare, il titolare gentilissimo ci ha detto di aspettare una mezz’ora. Esattamente dopo mezz’ora ci ha portati al tavolo che aveva fatto preparare appositamente per noi… Ottima frittura di pesce e pizze super….. Sicuramente ci ritornerò e invito tutti ad andarci

Dated location, slow and inattentive service.
Outside restrooms, accessible via a path lined with unkempt plants.
Prices are average, but overall, it's good enough to return.
31/08/2025: Terrible, the wait was just over two hours for pizzas, and the place wasn't even full. The service was disorganized, I saw people falling asleep on the tables waiting... totally disgusting, don't go there and you'll save your evening.
