18/07/2026: We didn't have to follow any signs; we just let the smell of grilled meat guide us. 😀 The butcher counter is clean and well-stocked to satisfy everyone. The raw materials are excellent, from the bombette to the torcinelli, from the sausages to the pancetta. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we had a great time and recommend it.

I look forward to staying there again.
09/12/2025: Five of us went to this restaurant for a family lunch and had a truly wonderful time. The experience was incredibly positive: quick and attentive service, and the waiter was extremely friendly and always available. We were also impressed by the food; everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The professionalism of the entire staff was evident.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

25/08/2025: I accidentally stumbled upon it one Sunday in August at lunchtime, and found myself in a dark place with a young man at the cash register serving focaccia worth its weight in gold and of questionable quality. I would have preferred to wait in line for half an hour at other bakeries than eat a focaccia that was barely manageable.

04/08/2026: I went in to try it and took two small pieces of focaccia. The focaccia was really good, no complaints about the quality.
It's a shame about the rest: I thought it was weighed, but instead it was priced at 3 euros (per piece, so 6). On principle, that doesn't seem right to me.
It's disappointing because I wanted to try the panzerotti again, but after this experience, I won't be back.
16/07/2026: We visited Pausa Caffè in Ginosa Marina as a group of eight, based on recommendations we received. If you're looking for an elegant place, this isn't the place: the atmosphere is very basic, but I assure you, the substance more than makes up for the aesthetics.
The panzerotti are truly exceptional. We tried both the baked and fried versions and were won over. Since they were so good, we also decided to order a pizza to share, and that turned out to be an excellent choice, too. Personally, I preferred the baked ones, but the fried ones were also truly delicious.
If you're in the area and are looking for flavor and quality without too many frills, I highly recommend it. It's a truly worthwhile stop!

29/06/2026: Excellent facility! We stayed in the bungalows for 8 days and were thrilled. The beach service is impeccable and the umbrellas are well-managed. All the staff are excellent and super helpful. A special mention goes to the on-site restaurant: the pizza is excellent and the first and second courses are truly delicious. A perfect vacation in Marina di Ginosa, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
29/06/2026: We got 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, all very nice, but the lady at the entrance to the beach gave us a break. She was rude and grumpy.

If you go to smoke, they clear the table.
If you're celebrating an 18th birthday, you have to hope they serve you before you turn 19.
If you go for a table for four, they set the table for two...and in installments.
At this point...I'll eat at home.
11/07/2026: I would not recommend this place. We waited 3 hours for a plate of potatoes. After a long agony, they told us they had lost the order.

Macelleria Rosticceria Vito Ribecco

23/06/2025: Esperienza deludente da Ribecco la sera del 23 giugno 2025. Appena servita la fiorentina, il proprietario ha sbattuto con forza il coltello sul tavolo, creando un rumore eccessivo e rischiando di far male a qualcuno: gesto inaccettabile in un locale che si definisce ristorante. Inoltre, il titolare ha preso eccessiva confidenza con i clienti: personalmente, mi ha deriso per l’accento e ha persino pronunciato frasi volgari e fuori luogo come "ti stai facendo una sega", cosa mai vista in un contesto che dovrebbe garantire rispetto e professionalità. A tutto questo si aggiunge un conto sproporzionato rispetto alla quantità e qualità della carne servita. Non consiglio il locale, ambiente rozzo e gestione decisamente fuori luogo.
11/05/2025: Ribecco è una macelleria con annesso uno stanzone, illuminato da luce artificiale, che fa da osteria.
L'accoglienza è sempre truce e priva di sorrisi, è evidente che la ristorazione non è il loro campo.
Nonostante la location triste e i musi lunghi, da Ribecco, se non prenoti, rischi di non trovare posto.
Veniamo al cibo.
Gli antipasti caserecci sono veramente eccezionali e vari, di gran lunga più gustosi dei soliti copia e incolla serviti di solito in altri locali. Sono originali e di ottima qualità.
La carne è strepitosa e cotta magistralmente. Il titolare stesso, persona lunatica, che alterna simpatia con modi bruschi, la serve al tavolo su di una piastra di pietra lavica bollente. La taglia lui stesso e la impiatta. Consiglio la picanha, che però va ordinata al momento della prenotazione.
