10/01/2026: I think it's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The pizza chef puts passion and attention into it, you can taste it! The service, on the other hand, needs a rethink! I asked for a glass of ice and lemon for my Coke four times (literally). It never arrived, let alone an answer! When we got to the cash register, we ordered two amaros and a coffee. I asked the girl to pay for the two amaros and the coffee, and she said, "Yes, no problem." In my total, I only found my amaro and the coffee counted, making an embarrassment to the person I was supposed to offer it to! The third person who drank the coffee asked for a glass of water, only for three people to be served it, and no one served it until 10 minutes later. A real shame about the service! P.S.: Congratulations again for the quality of the products! I'll be back!

08/02/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars even though I didn't eat the whole pasticciotto this morning because... I remembered it being good, soft and delicious, but today it was hard and the cream wasn't as good as usual... it can happen, but I hope it's different next time because ARTE BIANCA IS THE TOP AND IT MUST REMAIN THAT WAY.
07/01/2026: Passing through Parabita, we stopped for breakfast at this famous pastry shop.
The pasticciotto was excellent, but the coffee was just okay; the girl at the tables was very courteous and helpful.
The price was quite high.
One thing, though: warm up this damn place...you can't have breakfast with your teeth chattering!

22/01/2026: The owner is incredibly kind. The place is enchanting, with lots of greenery and the sounds of nature, completely relaxing. The food was excellent and plentiful! Highly recommended!
11/01/2026: We stayed at this charming, original, and comfortable property from January 1st to 4th of this year. We were truly pampered in every way, surrounded by professionalism, expressed with appropriate simplicity and friendliness. Everything was truly perfect, without reservation.

01/09/2025: A multisensory journey... to hell!
As soon as you walk in the door, you're greeted by an intoxicating aroma that sways between a damp stable and an oil change in an '80s garage. It'll make you long for a sense of smell.
The rotisserie? A living homage to food poisoning. The kebab, likely frozen since 2010, has seen more glaciations than planet Earth. The crêpes, on the other hand, are a tactile experience even before they're a taste experience: the dough is so rubbery you could bounce a tennis ball off it, while the Nutella inside... well, let's call it a "cocoa fossil." Hard, cold, with the arrogance of someone who long ago outgrew the concept of expiration.
But the real magic happens at the checkout: identical crêpes, same size, same filling (so to speak), yet one costs €2.50 and the other €4. It's the "feeling" price list, a revolutionary concept of fluid economics.
Recommended only for those who want to test their guts, stomach, and patience. Or for those writing a horror novel about restaurants.

25/07/2025: Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Servizio lentissimo, disorganizzato e approssimativo: abbiamo aspettato all’infinito per ricevere ordinazioni sbagliate. Abbiamo chiesto delle variazioni, chiaramente ignorate, come se le nostre richieste fossero un fastidio.
Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere da 18 euro che ne vale, con generosità, 7: povero, malpresentato, con prodotti dozzinali. I panzerotti di patate? Prima sbagliati, poi serviti gli stessi rifritti: immangiabili, unti e pesanti. Le patatine fritte erano intrise in un olio vecchio e bruciato, dal sapore rancido. E per finire in bellezza, il pane era secco e indurito, chiaramente di giorni fa.
Chi gestisce un’attività in questo modo dovrebbe seriamente rivedere le proprie scelte di vita, perché di certo non ha la minima idea di cosa significhi fare ristorazione.
Non metteteci piede, mai.
Un’esperienza che non merita nemmeno una seconda possibilità.
