22/04/2025: An Experience to Remember I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria da Roberta and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience in every respect. I ordered the Pinza Romana, which literally won me over: the base was crunchy but light, well leavened, with a perfect balance between texture and flavour. The ingredients were very fresh and of excellent quality, chosen with care, and you could really feel the difference. It is rare to find such well made pliers outside of Rome! The highlight of the evening, besides the food, was Irene's impeccable service. Since our arrival he welcomed us with a big smile and an availability that today, unfortunately, is not easily found. Irene is a true professional, capable of immediately putting customers at ease with her natural friendliness and in-depth knowledge of the menu. He was able to advise us with passion and attention, making the dinner even more pleasant. I have to be honest: I had read some bad reviews before going, but my experience was completely different. I didn't find anything that was criticized. Indeed, I found a well-kept place, with well-prepared dishes and a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. It is clear that there is dedication and love for cooking and hospitality. I highly recommend this tavern to those looking for a true culinary experience, seasoned with human warmth and excellent food. I will definitely be back!
