15/10/2025: Very friendly service, fresh local food, top-notch, simply delicious, always a pleasure to go back. We were there five years ago and highly recommend it.
03/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The dishes are tasty, plentiful, and the price, so far, is fair. Unfortunately, prices in the area tend to rise every year, and I really hope the same doesn't happen here, because it would be a shame to ruin such a place. If the prices stay the same, I think this place fully deserves five stars: central location, friendly staff, and truly satisfying cuisine.

12/09/2025: After having a divine lunch at Medioevo restaurant for Christmas, we decided to return for a family lunch on our return to Monte Sant'Angelo. The daily menu offers meat, seafood, and even vegetarian options!
Eggplant rolls with troccoli and tomato sauce were exquisite.
Grilled cacio cheese with green cherry tomato compote was the main course, and a selection of desserts to finish.
The staff were incredibly kind and friendly.

The indoor dining room is small but welcoming.
The service is young and helpful.
I would have expected a wider selection of typical Monte Sant'Angelo dishes, as the mountain cuisine is top-notch! The wine list is also very comprehensive.

Staff davvero competente, buona la carta dei vini, molti dei quali di produzione propria.
03/08/2025: Pranzo di alto livello sia per i piatti ricercati e molto buoni, sia per l’attenzione e la gentilezza del cameriere che ci ha servito. Mangiare all’esterno del ristorante ti riconnette con la natura. Prezzi giusti per il tipo di cucina che viene proposta.

03/10/2025: We had lunch during our visit to the Sanctuary of Saint Michael the Archangel, and it was a wonderful experience, a real find, a gem in the city. The chef, besides being friendly and welcoming, is a wonderful cook.

14/08/2025: Beautiful place, truly a dream location. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant, which I highly recommend.
10/08/2025: A charming place, run by people with a rare hospitality in Gargano. Polite, smiling, and kind in every way.
Some aspects of the food could definitely be improved, including ice cream and snacks, which are highly sought after by the sea. For the rest, only compliments.

26/08/2025: We had a mixed roast and a sliced beef. The sliced beef had more sinew than meat. We were told it depends on the piece you get. It's a shame you pay the same price, whether it's a good piece or not...
The grilled meat... The portions were small, and some pieces had more bone than meat...

22/08/2025: Passing through for a rural visit, we entered the restaurant a little hesitant due to the low prices displayed outside. The three of us ordered 2 grilled lamb, good and plentiful, 1 veal chop good and plentiful and 2 mixed salads... we were very satisfied with both the dishes and the price, really fair considering it is a tourist place... if we happen to be in these parts again we will definitely come back to eat here.
21/08/2025: Excellent value for money.... The food is good, as is the pizza... But as they say, "you pay for quality," but if you want to spend your money and eat well, try it....

27/07/2025: Nothing to say about the location or the service... But unfortunately, I notice that the place is often empty, and it's easy to understand why. In a place like Monte Sant'Angelo, prices like those in Milan are a bit excessive. A platter of cured meats and cheeses, €18, may seem like a great deal, but the quantity is really small; like a schiacciata with oil and oregano, €9... €9 is a lot.
I'm not arguing with the quality, as it's average, but the prices are really high. Going out for a simple aperitivo and spending €30 per person is definitely not an option.
