Eravamo in tre e abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione che in genere si presenta come un equilibrio tra portate buone e altre meno. Siamo state sorprese dall' altissimo livello di tutte. Davvero un' esperienza notevole. Ottima cucina proposto da personale accogliente e super gentile. Quando torneremo a Foggia sarà un grande piacere ripetere. Bravi, bravi, bravi. The owners stand out for their kindness and attention, making hospitality a real strong point. The menu offers refined and high quality dishes: the octopus log is a real delight, while the Seadas, reinterpreted with an original touch, surprises and conquers. Appena va via un cliente invece mi porta il pane bruschetta che aveva tolto dal suo tavolo. La tagliata di angus servita su un ceppo di legno è arrivata a tavola molto fredda e la cameriera ha dato la colpa alla temperatura esterna. Patate al forno molto oliose ma accettabili.
