27/08/2024: I don't want to evaluate the quality of the meat, we had conflicting opinions at the table, but what we had in common was that the bill was salty, very salty. Since I don't want to counter the possible response of anyone who feels called into question, I want to say that we were all more than mature and conscientious people, who know the value of money and things, and that it is not the first time that we have gone out to dinner… We certainly won't be going back. Do your best 😉

15/12/2024: Locale bellissimo nel centro di Francavilla Fontana per poter degustare ottimi piatti sia della tradizione pugliese che innovativi. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti coccolati dai consigli e La Sapienza del proprietario e il sorriso della moglie non ha prezzo!
Ci tornerò sicuramente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

19/01/2024: One of the few pizzerias where taste and professionalism meet: the quality of the pizza and the imagination in the combination of the various flavors make the real difference; the dough of the individual pizzas is always leavened to the right point, so much so that it is always digestible and light; there is a wide variety of choice and the service is simply "excellent", fast and above all well organised.

04/12/2024: Good meat, small place to eat on site and the kebab is basically a slice of capocollo cut into pieces with a yoghurt salad sauce, let's say I expected something else
05/09/2024: Really really good, I went there with a couple of friends and we had a wonderful time, quality for the price that cannot be found elsewhere and fast service, nothing to say compliments!

26/08/2024: Serata con amici da dimenticare. Peccato perché il posto merita, ma quello che è stato servito non era presentabile. Le cozze sicuramente non erano fresche e quindi puzzavano lo stesso dicasi per la carne grigliata che abbiamo lasciato senza toccarne un pezzo. Altra cosa negativa il responsabile di sala deve essere più cordiale con i clienti.

20/11/2024: We went on Saturday evening for a birthday, the quality of the dishes was good, but the wait was long, we started eating when it was almost 11pm and not all the starters had arrived at all the tables, the waiters were kind courteous and even good, but they were undoubtedly too few for a room with such a capacity...

Delicious appetizers and risotto that you absolutely must try 🤩 ... everything was enlivened by Giancarlo Occhilupo.. the best..

24/11/2024: The service was disastrous, we ordered a cappuccino, an ezpressino and a corneto with cream, the coffees arrived cold and the corneto never arrived, when we asked for it, they told us there is no one, after finishing the coffee one of the options they gave us arrived.

Starting from the availability and professionalism of the owner and Valentina, capable of fully understanding the requests, offering a vast overview and advice on the dishes. The kitchen offers excellent proposals to say the least... beyond the baguettes there is really much, much more... the Bistro is capable of excellent lunches and dinners... the first courses are excellent, elaborate but at the same time delicate with the characteristic of keeping the flavors intact, based on fresh ingredients of the day.. Ditto for the second courses, top combinations..
A place that deserves the same attention as a starred restaurant..

23/11/2024: Nice enough location, but unfortunately it goes downhill due to the behavior..
We are sitting at the table and we find the waiter standing in front of us, there is no privacy because unfortunately we feel observed...
Then I ask if there are seats available and with so many tables you make me sit near the kitchen, it's not nice..
Very expensive... two people almost €40 shameful which we would not have paid if we had eaten fish, we will never come again
