31/10/2025: Top notch place! As a local from Brindisi that travels all over the world, this place goes above and beyond. Beside the great food, the server that helped us was awesome, great customer service! The guys welcomed us when we got in and explained how it works, great meats and food. If you like trippa get the one in the red sauce, it’s done very well (a lot of places don’t know how to prepare trippa, they do). Traditional local food, great customer service and nice ambiance, you can see the passion in their business.

Delicious meat, fast service, and impeccable.
Spectacular platter, it costs 18 euros but it's worth it.
Beautiful location.
The bill is a little high, but you know, quality comes at a price.
My only suggestion: a little house wine in bulk at a reasonable price.

There's no menu; the manager claims to be the menu himself, but there are no prices. The final bill is a rip-off because it doesn't match the quality. €60 for not having had a full meal is too much. The food isn't bad; I had fish (medium-low quality). The service could be improved, but the sea view is nice.

12/09/2025: Fabulous fish restaurant with a covered terrace right by the sea. Staff were lovely and helpful. There was a good selection of seafood and fish options on the menu. I had salt baked sea bream which was amazing (owner brought the whole fish out to show me and to ask about cooking and presentation preferences) and my husband had fried calamari and prawns, all wonderfully fresh. Good wine choice too and delicious sides and bread. Spotless facilities. All in all a wonderful lunch experience before heading to the next door beach for a siesta. Highly recommend.

21/05/2026: The absolute best ice cream in the whole world (at least for me) – the "caramelle salato" flavor. It's an ice cream I never really liked before. But here... it's addictive!
You absolutely have to try it!
And enjoy the wonderful atmosphere in the piazza!

27/04/2026: Fantastic experience! The meat is delicious and cooked over a wood fire right in the restaurant. A warm and welcoming atmosphere is guaranteed… and you definitely leave with a full stomach 😄
Despite the language barrier, the service was truly excellent. The team took the time to answer our questions with great kindness. A major plus: before cooking, they showed us the cut of meat, its weight, and the corresponding price. We greatly appreciated this transparency.
The chef is friendly, the welcome is wonderful, and we had a fantastic time.
The restaurant might not look like much from the outside, but honestly, go inside: we loved it!
07/04/2026: Found it somewhat by chance, excellent quality, friendly, and helpful staff. It's not cheap if you're looking for a budget, but you pay for quality. Definitely going back.

16/04/2026: The oil is not good and it ruins the taste of the food. The chairs are too noisy and need felt pads. Otherwise, the atmosphere is welcoming and the view is beautiful.

In the heart of Carovigno's historic center, the atmosphere is welcoming, simple, and sincere, just like the cuisine. Traditional Apulian dishes are carefully prepared, using quality ingredients and flavors that reflect the region without too many frills.
The service is kind and attentive, discreetly guiding you through the meal, allowing you to enjoy it at your leisure, as it should be. The fish and pasta dishes are excellent, with generous portions and authentic flavors.
A place you'll happily return to, whether as a couple or with your family, for a relaxed evening of good food and a lovely atmosphere.

29/07/2025: Siamo venuti dal nord in vacanza e siamo andati a mangiare con amici nella serata della pizzica.
Cibo misero e con obbligo di menù fisso nella serata organizzata .
Poca chiarezza sul menù e sulla scelta delle pizze limitata ad un tot di pizze ogni due persone .
Ci è stato detto di essere puntuali alla prenotazione ( ore 21:00) e il primo cameriere si è avvicinato al tavolo un ora e mezzo dopo solo chiamati da noi .
Camerieri non tutti molto disponibili e un po’ scocciati nel servirti .
Peccato per il locale che posso dire essere l’unica nota positiva di questo locale molto caratteristico.
26/07/2025: Cena con degli amici, menù da 25 euro, arriviamo e ci viene detto che ci tocca una pizza ogni 2 persone quando nel menù c'era scritto in linea generica pizze al centro. Povera di antipasti. Signore alla cassa completamente scortese, non ritornerò mai piu.

Locale luminoso,pulito ,in sala non c'erano odori della cucina .
Il servizio buono,la ragazza che ci ha servito era velocissima ed attenta.
Il cibo buono, un primo con pasta fatta in casa e gli antipasti semplici e genuini.
Infine il rapporto prezzo,servizio e cibo più che buono.
Lo consiglio.

Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento anche una stanza ed i proprietari sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili.
Cibo ottimo e stanza molto pulita.
