25/10/2025: Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. Today was my second time here, and it feels like home. Local delicacies, you leave the table feeling completely satisfied, from the appetizer to the dessert with liqueurs. Let yourself be guided and pampered.

23/10/2025: Well-crafted local cuisine. I expected more from the dairy selection, which was my only flaw. Otherwise, a triumph of flavors that made me feel at home. Attentive service. Fairly priced.

19/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the oldest part of Minervino Murge, above the town square, with a beautiful hill in front. It has a lovely terrace where you can have lunch or dinner during the warmer months. The interior is very beautiful and welcoming; it's an old house, but it's been carefully renovated, preserving its original character. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as more unusual dishes, all using locally sourced ingredients. Vegetarian options are also available, and for my gluten and lactose intolerance, I found gluten-free bread and pasta, as well as lactose-free options. Naturally, I mentioned this when I booked. Everything is excellent; the ingredients are top-quality, the staff is very kind and helpful, and I even met the chef, who I found to be very talented.

Every corner tells a story, and the view of the Murgia adds even more charm to the experience. The menu offers dishes that showcase the region's excellence, prepared with fresh, select ingredients. From appetizers to meats, every course is an explosion of flavor. Special mention goes to the selection of local wines, perfectly paired with the dishes. The service is impeccable: the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to every need. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic place to eat well, feel welcomed, and enjoy a memorable gastronomic experience.

22/08/2025: From the fantastically simple entrée, to an excellent appetizer, to an excellent first course and concluding with a superb second course… all accompanied by a white Malvasia… I can say that our experience at this restaurant was beautiful and delicious! See you soon!

16/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th at A Sud dell'Anima in Minervino Murge with our dog Bianca, who was welcomed without any problems. A well-kept and welcoming place, run by young people with great passion and kindness. Dishes combine tradition and creativity in a gourmet way, using excellent quality ingredients. Attentive yet discreet service. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👌✨
