28/09/2025: I was there yesterday for a wedding with many friends and I don't know what to say... I was stunned and amazed.
The service, cuisine, dishes, organization, staff, and location were wonderful, perfect, and impeccable.
It felt like home.
We'll see each other again... soon. Congratulations.

03/09/2025: Everything was perfect. It's hard for me to find a flaw in the hotel. We've been coming here for six years, and every year it's simply welcoming. Cosimo and Valentina are fantastic. Always available and ready to solve any problem, should we have any. We can't forget Sabino, one of their great collaborators.
The Rinelli Hotel has two refined restaurants, one more beautiful than the other, with "land and sea" menus that change daily.
It also has several B&B apartments, built with a very beautiful architectural style, overlooking the beach promenade.
We will definitely be back.

25/09/2025: Kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness made our three-day stay special. The property is well-maintained, with rooms overlooking a small garden and direct access to the beach, equipped with gazebos, mattresses, chairs, sofas, and loungers. The beachside dining options are convenient. Ideal for families with children, thanks to the many games available. Our dog was also very welcome. The restaurant was lovely, serving quality products. A short but truly relaxing vacation.
18/09/2025: We celebrated my son's eighteenth birthday in this room, and we couldn't have made a better choice!
The elegant setting, meticulously maintained, and perfect for welcoming all our guests.
The staff was helpful, professional, and always attentive to our needs.
Everything was impeccable: from the organization to the management of the evening and the decorations.
Thank you for making this day so special and unforgettable for my son and the whole family!

31/08/2025: I waited to write this review in the hope that things would be different this year; after all, anyone can have a bad day. At this point, I'd say the problem isn't the bad day itself, but the dear owner should reconsider her ways; otherwise, she'd better change jobs. She's truly rude.
The food is good: accurate dishes, quality ingredients, even if it lacks any particular flair. It's a shame that everything is ruined by contact with the owner. When you have to book or otherwise interact with her, the result is always the same: she makes you feel almost in the way, as if eating there were a favor she's granting you.
A restaurant should welcome its customers, not make them feel uncomfortable before they even sit down. A real shame, because the food deserves to be remembered for its dishes... but instead, what remains most memorable is the unpleasantness of the people running it. Be careful whoever takes your orders at the table. If you order pizza (they prefer you order from the kitchen and take the appetizers yourself), they'll tell you the wait is too long. This isn't true at all. The pizzas will arrive on time.

12/09/2025: Excellent raw seafood, a shame it was the only positive aspect of the dinner. In the two fried cuttlefish dishes we ordered, the cuttlefish had the consistency of a tire! The potatoes, like the aforementioned fried dishes, were made with used oil. As for the service, I note the chipped plates (all of them), the haste in clearing away the glasses we were still drinking from, and the lack of preparation by one of the wait staff, unaware of the contents of the dishes offered. I doubt we'll be back.
03/09/2025: I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the food, excellent fried food, calamarata with cicadas, excellent, parmigiana, excellent, etc. etc. 5 stars deserved.

03/08/2025: Excellent food, right on the sea, there were 3 of us, we ate everything based on really fresh fish and cooked exactly the way we like it in Puglia. Roberto served us, a really nice and kind guy, we will definitely be back, compliments again to the chef.

We were very pleased with Roberto's service. We had no hesitation in returning, thanks to Roberto's professionalism. There's a lot of competition, but not everyone can make a living from this profession.

08/10/2025: Nice location, but terrible staff...we went to my aunt's 60th birthday party, and the food was terrible. At the end of the party, my aunt's bag was missing; they spent a long time looking for it. After a while, they found it thrown on the floor in the staff room, blaming our relatives. It's absurd, especially since only they can enter their room.

06/09/2025: I wanted to have a fish dinner without considering the price or location, and I think I expected a good response from the menu offered, but I was disappointed. It had good prospects, but then everything wasn't available because they didn't have any at the time of our request. They offered us dishes that had nothing to do with what they advertised on a menu made from a pre-printed plastic sheet and handled by everyone. Maybe I was wrong at the end of August, but it's still busy with tourists and active locals. I'll try again to give it another chance, but now I can give it this rating based on my experience. 🤗

12/10/2025: We went last night for the first time, and even though it was Saturday, we managed to get a table without a reservation. We ordered two pizzas: they were really good, with a light, well-cooked crust.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening.
What can I say, we had a great time!
I highly recommend this place.
We'll definitely be back.
