25/03/2025: A true trattoria like there are few nowadays, in the center of Canosa: few tables, cozy environment, home atmosphere. The owner and chef, Gianni, very kind and always attentive to the needs of his customers, will take you on a journey of authentic flavors without forcing, from homemade appetizers to first courses and grilled meat (in sight), always appetizing and well prepared. Fixed menu at reasonable prices and all inclusive, good quality and brand wines included, complete an offer not to be missed. Highly recommended.

17/03/2025: We asked where we could have dinner and they recommended this restaurant, blessed recommendation! The waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive, giving us the opportunity to choose a table where we liked the most since there were several free tables and the place is impressively beautiful. We really liked the decoration and we even took photos in the mirrors on the walls. We were undecided about what to choose for dinner because everything looked very good and we asked for their recommendations, to which the waitress notified the owner and he came to our table, we told him our doubts and he very pleasantly surprised us! He brought us first ribs, mother of beautiful, spectacular love! The meat looked like butter because it was so soft and tender. As a main course he brought us two pizzas, which as he knew they were meant to be shared, he put half a pizza of each on our plate. The combination of flavors of those pizzas I would eat them every day, delicious! To top off the meal, he brought us tiramisu. I'm a fan of tiramisu, but that tiramisu is on another level. It's the best tiramisu I've ever eaten in my life! We went out to the terrace to enjoy the after-dinner meal, that's when we really met the owner. A very attentive, friendly and kind man who even invited us to a typical liquor from the area. Without a doubt I will return! And I thank whoever recommended it to me because I recommend it 100%.
