Everything was excellent: the food, the welcome, the presentation and description of the dishes, and the helpful and professional staff. The owner helped us choose the menu and was helpful and friendly with all the guests, who appreciated his work. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

06/12/2025: Trying to continue a result achieved in the past in the most flawed way possible. Regardless of the size of the dishes, which really should be part of a tasting menu, the even more serious issue is their quality. Meat ordered rare arrived well overdone. Pasta bordering on undercooked. But above all, more than half the table suffered from nausea and intestinal problems from the night before until the next day. The staff is also kind, but after an experience like that, the professionalism and elegance with which they serve the table becomes absolutely ridiculous in this case.

26/10/2025: A truly negative experience. We went in for gelato and, since it was raining, sat at an empty table. A very young barista immediately came out to tell us that "they don't seat people who only order cups or cones," and asked us to get up. Shortly afterward, however, we saw four other people sit right in our place, without even having ordered yet. This was rude and inconsistent behavior, which gave the impression of a lack of attention to customers. It's a shame, because a little kindness and common sense would have made the experience pleasant.

26/10/2025: My partner and I ordered a bowl of ice cream and, of course, sat down after ordering. After a few minutes, the staff member came over and asked us to leave our seats, as she had to seat others. I, of course, argued that we'd consumed our drinks anyway and were therefore entitled to a seat, but she responded by saying that you can't sit at a table for the bowls. We found this very unfair. But, other than that, the quality of the bar is excellent.

01/01/2026: Good morning, ladies, I'm Ivano from Milan. As promised, here's my positive review. Your typical Barletta desserts (I'm referring to cartellate) are truly delicious. I'll be trying the pastiera soon, and I'm sure it will be as good as the cartellate. I recommend everyone to try this pastry shop, it far exceeds my expectations. The girls at the counter are very kind and friendly. See you next time, Happy New Year ✌️🥂👍 Review correction: I looked at the pastiera with disappointment. I have to say that it's not a Neapolitan pastiera 1 because it doesn't have 7 stripes, and the 5th stripes they made aren't prominent—that's because of the appearance. Unfortunately, you can't taste the ricotta AT ALL, there's no candied fruit, and it's poor. In my humble opinion, it's right for everyone to make their own typical dessert, regardless of their town or city. Unfortunately, it's nothing like the real Neapolitan pastiera. Don't buy it from them.

28/02/2026: The location is a bit inconvenient due to parking, but the delicious food more than makes up for it. The ingredients are excellent quality, and I dare say the pizza dough is perfect. The menu is varied but modest. The prices are a bit above average. The decor is elegant, pleasant, and comfortable. A must-visit in Barletta.

28/02/2026: The gelato is good, certainly much better than many other competitors, both nearby and further afield. To truly assess the gelato's quality, I opt for the hazelnut and pistachio, as always. The flavors are quite distinct on the palate, but I think they could be improved. The location is near the train station, making parking difficult during peak hours. The interior is very simple.

30/08/2025: Disappointing service and rather long wait times, especially for a grilled chicken breast. The panzerotti weren't very good, and some were even cold. Not to mention the coffee.

30/12/2025: Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was anything but pleasant. There was a serious lack of hot water: taking a shower was practically impossible.
