17/02/2026: We had dinner with friends at this grill restaurant. The quality horse meat and beef were well-prepared. Special cuts of Italian meat (Podolica, Chianina, etc.) and foreign meat (e.g., heifer) were available. I found everything to be good, except for the house wine, which was acceptable but not amazing. The place and service were good, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend it again.

The food is excellent: artisanal gelato, fresh pastries, single-serving desserts, and delicious savory options like toasted sandwiches and appetizer platters. Every time I've tried something, it's been truly delicious, with well-balanced flavors and quality evident in the details. The staff is friendly, kind, and approachable, always available to recommend the daily specials and make you feel at ease. The atmosphere is refined and clean, ideal for a relaxing break or a chat with friends over a good coffee or a light cocktail. Borgo 35 is a must-visit in the historic center of Terlizzi: authentic flavors, a pleasant atmosphere, and a welcome that will make you want to return. I'll definitely be back! 03/01/2026: Small but very quaint and tastefully decorated, except for the painting. The bench needs updating: it slides on the floor. The bathroom is small but well-maintained. The place is a bit cold. The food is the same as at all the other bars.
