20/12/2025: I had an incredible experience. I'm an ice cream lover and I traveled from Madrid to Ruvo specifically to try them. The philosophy behind the product and the way they make it are unique. It's not your typical fluffy, overly creamy, and sweet ice cream. On the contrary: the texture is impeccable and the flavors are real, deep, and very defined. From the first spoonful, you can feel an authentic intensity and an impressive persistence on the palate. It's clear they don't use gums, enhancers, or artificial flavorings, but rather a few carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. All the flavors are excellent, but I especially recommend the chocolate and quince.

It's a superior pizzeria, where the quality of the dishes is truly unique: from the rich and well-designed appetizers to the house pizzas, spectacular in their flavor, quality, and originality. It's a confirmation every time. I've had the opportunity to experience it for dinner, lunch, and even as a bar, and at every moment of the day, the place maintains high standards and consistent quality. The pizzas are made with excellent ingredients, carefully crafted doughs, and never-ending combinations, while the appetizers perfectly round out the experience. The staff is very kind and friendly, always attentive and helpful. A special mention goes to the owners, Gianfranco and Max, who are incredibly personable and create a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere that makes you want to return. The place is very large, with ample indoor and outdoor space, and is also very characteristic, perfect for both evenings with friends and more relaxed moments. The prices are absolutely in line with what's offered: quality, quantity, and attention to detail fully justify the price. I've been there many times and will definitely return. A highly recommended place, reliable over time and capable of surprising every time. 🍕🔥

06/01/2026: Very good. Accustomed to Swiss fondue from the canton of Bern, I was a little hesitant about the one made with Italian cheeses. I changed my mind, and my partner and I ordered the Savoyard Fondue. The girl who served us explained very well that the price already included an appetizer, choosing from: - Bresaola with pears, shaved Parmesan cheese, and raisins - Raw button mushrooms with oil, raisins, shaved Parmesan cheese, and sliced ​​pears After the appetizer, the fondue arrived, accompanied by baked potatoes, two mayonnaises—one with garlic and the other with chili pepper (if I remember correctly), cooked vegetables (carrots, zucchini, and broccoli), and croutons with oil and aromatic herbs. All of this could be ordered again. We didn't order dessert because we were full, but I'd be curious to try it next time. Truly excellent service. The girl who served us was very kind and always smiling, she explained everything very carefully, and then there was also a lady who I assume is the owner, who was also very kind and you could tell she really cares about what she does. As soon as I get back to Como, I'll definitely be back.
