25/02/2025: I can only speak for the restaurant, which was like visiting a place from the good old times. Everything is extremely well kept and shows great care, flowers are everywhere. 🌸🌺💐🌸
The staff is so friendly and just wonderful.
The food I would call average, which is not bad at all, since this is still Italy. Prices are absolutely reasonable. The atmosphere definitely is what makes this place stand out, which was fine by me. I had a great time here and I would gladly come again anytime. Grazie 🙏

25/02/2025: Visiting this UNESCO heritage site, Sacro Monte di Varallo Sesia, I understood why it was selected. It is a masterpiece and the cable car that takes you up is exciting because it is almost vertical. There is a particular atmosphere that affects even non-believers

13/03/2025: Lunch break at 12.30 when I entered the restaurant I was able to sit with 7 free tables perhaps at 1.00 pm. I said it all. P.S. if the pos doesn't work it should be said first. At least we avoid seeing situations that prolong service times.

We eat well.
At lunch they are very quick to serve.

02/11/2024: Alle tre di pomeriggio ci siamo fermati per uno spuntino. Tagliere speck e bretzel con birra molto buono ed in ottimo panino agli spinaci . Molto pulito, prima volta che in un bagno trovo i dispenser con spazzolini e dentifricio, complimenti. Personale gentile e professionale.

18/02/2025: È la prima volta che vengo a mangiare qui. La pizza è ottima, ambiente intimo. Bellissimi affreschi. Il personale è affabile e gentile.
17/02/2025: About fifteen of us went for a birthday. We had a terrible time. We were put in a room where there was a bathroom next to us, and when people went to do number two the smell came into the room while we were eating. Young but somewhat unprepared staff, they served us several times things that had already been brought. The chips had a mixed fried taste. When we were served the dessert plates, some were dirty. When we went out to pay the cashier gave us the bill Roman style without asking anything, each of us wanted to pay our own but it wasn't possible, the cashier then even made a mistake in giving the change.
An experience to forget.....

Trattoria La Lum e Il Cassu

17/01/2025: Posto minuscolo, semplice e pulitissimo. Curato e piacevole nella sua semplicità. Siamo stati a pranzo infrasettimanalmente perciò la scelta del menù era ridotta, ma abbiamo gustato una trippa che ci ricorderemo a vita per quanto era buona! Desideriamo tornare un sabato a pranzo o cena per poter gustare la loro cucina in tutte le sue portate.
