03/12/2025: The service is too slow for a lunch break (even though they have workers' lunch), sometimes the menu is good, sometimes it's inedible...
The staff isn't always alert and competent, and it's not normal to take orders from tables that arrive later... a matter of respect.
It's not normal to wait 30 minutes between courses even though they take the full order...
Many compliments, however, to the Chinese girl (I don't mean to offend, but I don't know her name) who turns the tables quickly and efficiently. When she's not there, it's a tragedy.
I've tried several times to give them a chance, but I've been disappointed too many times...
I hope you'll improve.

09/12/2025: I went to Genziana for lunch and had a truly wonderful time. The portions are generous and the dishes are carefully prepared. The tagliatelle with venison is excellent, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The ravioli del plin with roast gravy are also very good, tasty, and well-balanced. Recommended for those seeking quality and authentic cuisine.

18/11/2025: Found by chance but I absolutely recommend it for the quality of the food and the friendliness of the people. No waiting, perhaps due to the time change. The room is small.
16/11/2025: Exquisite, carefully prepared, and delicious food, and a very friendly owner. The shrimp and curry rice is fantastic, compliments to the chef. Highly recommended.

06/11/2025: I don't understand all these positive reviews. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a gentleman/owner with an annoyed air. Never mind... the food isn't great, I cook better. Please don't go without a reservation, the owner will kick you out without compromise. I won't go back, customers shouldn't be treated like that!

The food is fine for a shelter where it's difficult to bring good food.
But since it's easy to get there by car, much more could be done...
P.S. Throw out the cat bowls and use ceramic ones!

The waitress was truly unfriendly.
No greeting...
We sat down... and after a minute she came to ask for our order.
Always no greeting.
Distant service, no smiles, and zero professionalism.
In jobs where you're in contact with the public, this must be the basis.
You have a beautiful location... but you're not the only ones... Next time I'll definitely choose another place.

26/06/2025: When you arrive in front of the restaurant, there is already a lovely atmosphere with a terrace and its fairy lights. We ate in the veranda, which was very pleasant because it was airy. The service was impeccable and the waiter went to great lengths to translate the different menu options for us, all of which were very tempting. We finally opted for a delicious starter and two equally good pizzas. There was a great atmosphere in this restaurant, we could hear singing in the kitchen and the service was always attentive and very kind. This is an address that we will keep in our notebook because it is with great pleasure that we will return there on a future visit to Omegna. Thank you for this pleasant evening spent with you

09/04/2025: Purtroppo prezzi del menù esageratamente alti, di certo influenzati dalla location vicino al lago. Non merita e sconsiglio vivamente.
26/01/2025: Posto carino, colazione normale ma che freddezza ... nessun sorriso, anzi ... sembra quasi di dare fastidio al signore al banco. Ci si sente a disagio quasi. Per fortuna si allontana di tanto in tanto e rimane il personale giovanissimo che cambia spesso e che talora sorride. È anche ristorante ma con questa premessa, grazie, evito.
