21/03/2024: Already well known restaurant in the past located in the center of Domodossola for a few years. Family-run, it has been able to give the right touch to every detail. Clean, tidy, very beautiful environment with attention to detail. Even the eco-sustainable ones which is not for everyone. Delicious menu for combinations, flavors and textures, and constantly evolving seasonally. Accurate wine list. Beautiful finely furnished veranda. Friendly welcome. Competent and capable staff, both on duty and in the kitchen! Worthy of note is the choice of raw materials, skilfully composed in a workmanlike manner in the preparation and plating, starting from the choice of the shape, size and color of the dish, the dish is enhanced by the aromas and color contrasts decorated with fresh sauces, flowers edibles that make the dish a ceremony from the eyes to the palate. The details that make the difference. Excellent presentation from starters to strictly homemade desserts. Fast, attentive and coordinated service. Presentation of the wine, opening and very professional tasting service. Prices that match the performance. Tip more than deserved. It is possible to park for a fee in the square except on Saturdays at midday due to the presence of the market where the center remains closed to traffic until the afternoon.

25/02/2024: Very nice place located in the center of Domodossola. very good food with particular combinations, but never wrong. Helpful and friendly staff. Ideal for spending time with friends and having a chat.

25/02/2024: Characteristic place, tavern atmosphere, friendly welcome. The menu is very interesting and the pinsa proposals are appetizing. Unfortunately, the evening I had dinner there, the two most interesting ones, based on a local goat's cheese, were unavailable due to missed deliveries. Furthermore, the pinsa pasta was drier and "crispier" than I expected. The dough, the evening I dined there, lacked aromas. The coffee affogato is very good. I will try again when I have the opportunity to pass through Domodossola again, hoping for better luck.

25/03/2024: I pre-ordered a pizza for take-away via the chat function because I had a 40 min stopover from a train journey. Worked very well, the restaurant had the pizza ready at the exact time I had ordered it (18:20). I liked the pizza and service a lot. Would come here again.

03/04/2024: I had the opportunity to dine at Balabiòtt, a pub located in Domodossola, and I definitely want to share my excellent experience. During my visit, I had the opportunity to taste one of the delicacies of their cuisine: the "Vuncione" hamburger. I have to admit that its flavor was truly exceptional. Besides that, I got to delight in a craft beer called "Slimmer", which turned out to be a perfect choice to accompany my meal. The dinner was concluded with a homemade dessert, expertly prepared, which perfectly combined the taste of chocolate with pears. Every bite was a real delight for the palate. The Balabiòtt has a welcoming atmosphere and well-kept furnishings, creating a pleasant environment in which to spend an enjoyable evening. Furthermore, the staff was extremely kind and professional, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The choice of music further enriched the atmosphere of the venue. Overall, my experience at Balabiòtt was beyond expectations. I highly recommend this pub to anyone who is looking for a place to enjoy excellent food, great craft beer and spend pleasant evenings in a welcoming environment with friendly, professional staff. I'll be back soon!

23/03/2024: Always excellent pizza, plenty of toppings. I have always found restaurant dishes good too. Outdoor tables for warm evenings and an area dedicated to children (outdoors) with slides and swings. Accurate and kind service. Ideal for companies or families.
