03/10/2025: We dined here as we had a music concert to catch in the Dalmazzo Church nearby and wanted to eat seafood. Friendly service, good food. The scallop with asparagus was very nice, the scallop delicate and tender and the asparagus cooked perfectly. I’ve enjoyed my fried seafood too. We are currently on a no-carb diet, will return to try their pasta dishes another time.
18/09/2025: The shrimp risotto was very unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place.

29/09/2025: I love it, on the river, between Gran Madre and Corso Mincalieri. Aperitif, pulce... delicious coffee. Messina beer. Today, Sunday, open from 11:00 a.m. to approximately 9:30 p.m., and always at varied hours despite the blackboard, but only Thursdays and Sundays included.

28/10/2025: Truly excellent cuisine, carefully prepared and high-quality dishes. The waiter was very kind and attentive, and the owners were friendly. The only small flaw: after a bill of around €250, a complimentary liqueur would have been a nice touch to round off the meal with even more pleasure.
19/10/2025: This is a typical restaurant with very good wood-fired pizza. They serve both regular and round pizzas, and they also cook. I've never tried it, but I've heard good things about it, and I'll give it a try because there are several dishes I like.

21/07/2025: We ordered two pizzas and a mini pizza. It was Monday and there weren't many people, but the service was quick. The pizza was good. A gem still set in the '80s... it's worth a visit for anyone passing through.

07/09/2025: I'm not usually a fan of piadina. But I went to this piadina shop because I was a little hungry. I have to say, the piadina was truly excellent. It had a lot of filling, the dough was soft, just the way I like it, and the service was fast and excellent.

23/10/2025: I stopped by on my way to the station. I was looking for gluten-free croissants, but they were sold out. The clerk suggested the zeppole, which was a great suggestion: they were delicious. I'll definitely be back later.

Thanks to this lack of service, after a mile I had to call a tow truck.
A service station located on a ring road exit after the highway MUST provide complete assistance, even if it's not as profitable as a tank of gas.

15/11/2025: I've been to Paolo Bistrot several times for both lunch and dinner, both to eat in and take out. Excellent home-cooked food, varied, tasty yet light and easy to digest.
The staff pays great attention to their customers and welcomes them with a smile.
I particularly enjoyed the gnocchi with tomato sauce, the rice with vegetables, the stewed meatballs, the stuffed cabbage, and the stewed cuttlefish with potatoes and peas.
An excellent option near the Mauriziano Umberto I Hospital.
26/08/2025: While I was having breakfast with my girlfriend, the waitress and her friends started chatting about past incidents, presumably involving an African man who had stopped by the bar, constantly using obnoxious terms like "NO" and so on. It's a disgrace that people like that have the opportunity to work with the public; it was a terrible experience, never again. Furthermore, the food was poor quality and stale. Highly discouraged.
