20/05/2025: Simple and elegant environment, with a garden reserved for the restaurant.
We had lunch with the room reserved to celebrate with an outdoor aperitif, very sophisticated. Lunch continued inside with a menu dedicated to us.
Impeccable service and excellent and refined food, prepared with care.
I highly recommend.

All the food was very good! excellent raw materials, cooked to perfection.
A small "welcome" aperitif with a Russian salad, breadsticks and focaccia.
Everything was perfect!!

30/03/2025: Il locale è piccolo ma ben tenuto in pieno centro. Il proprietario persona molto simpatica si occupava di tutto in prima persona, con molta cura e attenzione. Mia moglie ha molto apprezzato il coniglio al forno con i peperoni io baccalà mantecato eccellente e polpo scottato gustosissimo. Dolce alla mela e cannella con crema per concludere la cena.
Abbiamo parlato anche dei nostri gusti musicali. Ottima persona

There are 4 of us, we order a bottle of wine (not even good out of a choice of three wines in total), a spritz and a “tagliere” if you want to call it that since there were 4 pieces of pizza, grapes and strawberries that are now gone. We go to pay: 55 euros!! I ask for explanations: the bottle is 20 euros, the spritz is 10 euros, the platter is 10 euros. And the rest? The other 15 euros were charged to us because there were only three of us drinking the bottle of wine and a bottle of wine contains 5 glasses. Madness! Since the person at the cash register saw me upset, his answers were: I am the owner's wife, in Turin we have created many famous places, and go ahead and write a negative review! Here it is! And don't worry, you will never see me again!

07/06/2025: Sono stato a cena con la mia compagna e altri amici, prima volta in questo locale, abbiamo preso delle chiacchiere per iniziare, molto buone, a seguire pizza, ho scelto l'impasto classico per provare... Sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto (dopo anni finalmente sono riuscito a mangiare una pizza come si deve).
Sicuramente ci ritornerò.
18/05/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera, sabato 17 maggio 2025, in questo bellissimo locale, per cena, io e la mia compagna Luisa. Volevo portarla a mangiare fuori, ma cercavo un posto che potesse essere anche all'altezza del suo charme ed il posto non mi ha che confermato ciò che le impressioni veloci avute su internet mi avevano trasmesso.
Già all'ingresso si capisce di stare entrando in una esperienza sensoriale, perché ti riceve un signore molto elegante, con una barba importante, che lascia presagire lo stile del luogo, una particolare parete che racconta lo stile tra Urban metropolitano e abstract art ti indirizzano giù attraverso una scala in metallo nero verso una vecchia cantina d'epoca magistralmente illuminata con pareti colorate da bellissimi quadri variopinti di grande effetto in tipo stile metropolitano newyorkese, due stili contrastanti, di epoche diversissime ma che sono una gran bella accoppiata. I camerieri ci fornisco subito il nostro tavolo su prenotazione lasciandoci la giusta tranquillità di decidere senza fretta cosa mangiare. Una leggera ma gradevole musica moderna ci fa da tappeto sonoro di sottofondo senza disturbare la nostra allegra conversazione. Bene i tavoli e le sedie moderni ma soprattutto ben distanziati.
Optiamo per la pizza, noi abbiamo preso una vegetariana e una salsiccia e porcini con un super impasto multi cereali davvero gustoso e leggero, accompagnando il tutto da due ottime birre rosse. Per essere nella piazza principale di Chieri, il salotto della cittadina, il Cube non delude in niente anzi è stata una bella scoperta, prezzi in linea con la qualità del prodotto e del locale.
Bravi e molto professionali, la giovanissima cameriera, molto gentile, mai invasiva, disponibile, attenta.
In definitiva il locale è di grande spessore, moderno, si può gustare anche in modalità ristorante, lo proveremo. Pulito, ordinato, con bella gente, mai rumoroso, di livello, ben gestito, ha anche un affaccio sulla bellissima piazza Cavour dove si può cenare anche all'aperto, ma protetti da grandi teli che proteggono da sole e pioggia. Voto 10. Torneremo presto a provare la cucina del Ristorante quando farà caldo e cenare all'aperto sarà un'altra e nuova esperienza dei sensi. Bravissimi.

Piccola, bruciacchiata e con impasto già preparato, con un gusto simil pasta sfoglia.
Male male…Per fare così, levatelo da menu il senza glutine.
Le altre pizze, piccole, estremamente dure e croccanti.
A prezzi medio - alti di pizzerie di altro livello, altra fattura….

18/03/2025: If you're at Gialdo, what do you do, don't you stop by the caveja? Wide choice of piadinas (therefore not recommended for the undecided) or it's the right time to decide and make a choice in your life. The fact remains that choosing to get a piadina here is an excellent choice. Friendly and helpful staff, top quality-price ratio.
16/03/2025: The piadina will also be good depending on how you take it, but too little seasoning. For the first time I took the kebab hoping to find more content but it was 90% peppers and very little meat. But leaving aside the piadina issue, I lower the stars for the girl with the red hair because I can understand that working with the public is not always nice, but on several occasions that I go she is always arrogant and rude, almost annoyed.
Surely if the attitude changes it will also encourage people to frequent the place.

15/04/2025: You know when they say "I give one star because the algorithm won't let you give any less"? This is exactly the case for the unspeakability of this place which has repeatedly proven to be indecent, both in terms of the quality of the food it offers and the rudeness of those who work there (the only one who survives is the girl with black hair, who has demonstrated her kindness several times, and it is right to recognize it).
4 coffees out of 5 burnt, teaspoons encrusted with dirt, unsold croissants left in the window for days (despite what the clever owners believe, we can easily notice it) and sold at the same price as the fresh ones. It is the customer who has to worry about getting up and looking around for napkins and sugar as well as insisting on having a glass of water, usually discounted when you ask for €1.30 of coffee; Furthermore, you are lucky if the glass is neither dirty nor chipped.
You greet without receiving an answer and receive rude and annoyed responses combined with snorts, despite the kindness used and the respect towards the work of others. To make sure we don't miss out on anything, the waiting times are exhausting both to order and to receive what we paid: almost always for two coffees you have to wait 15 minutes, you might as well walk two minutes more to reach the next bar and receive a more friendly and attentive staff who should be in your best interest. It should be noted that, most of the time, the waits are not due to the crowding of the place or the busyness of the staff but to the little consideration they have for the customers.
The bartender couldn't have found a more suitable place for him to be hired: he makes comments and annoyed faces every time you ask him something politely, without even worrying about not being noticed.
Likewise, the owner gives an example of the requirements needed to be hired: she seems convinced that the location of her "bar" can justify everything that has been listed so far.
As a library visitor I tried for more than a year to give this place the opportunity to prove itself wrong but it never wanted to do so.
In conclusion, the centrality of the area is not worth the experience in this place: if you like the idea of having a stomach ache immediately after a coffee, then it is the right place to go.

06/05/2025: Vorrei fare una recensione del pranzo di Pasqua....
Ci siamo trovati bene anche a pranzo con il menù di Pasqua, quanta fantasia c'è in cucina nella preparazione delle portate ! Bella esperienza passata ! Elogiamo le ragazze/zi che hanno servito ai tavoli con tanta pazienza, e anche se stanche morte, sempre con il sorriso in viso, e della proprietaria "Monica" sempre gentile e pronta a mettere a proprio agio ogni suo cliente....
Non ci soffermiamo nel raccontare le bontà che abbiamo gustato.... ci limitiamo a dire.... venite a provare di persona.... ne rimarrete piacevolmente colpiti.

05/04/2025: Dopo una visita alla Venaria Reale, siamo venuti a Chieri, incuriositi dai video su Instagram, volevamo provare l'aperitivo XXL.... DIVINO, molte portate, tutte super buone, merita davvero un passaggio se siete in zona...
Ma anche se non lo siete, andate a provarlo.
Il personale è attento alle esigenze del cliente, sopratutto sono molto disponibili ed educate/ti.
La qualità dei cibi è la loro preparazione sono degne di nota.
Non per ultima, l'attenzione e la professionalità della proprietaria "Monica".... 10+.
Anche se Novara - Chieri non è proprio dietro l'angolo, io e mia moglie, che ha trovato questo locale, ci torneremo sicuramente V

28/12/2024: Unfortunately, as a vegan I have to say that like most places in the "provincial" Chieri, there is no commitment to embracing non-violence and kindness in food. An aperitif where you can't offer anything that goes beyond a very sad, tasteless focaccia with the usual grilled aubergines and courgettes. I would say that it's time to adapt to the changing world. It would take very little. Extremely rejected!!!
28/12/2024: To make a vegetarian aperitif they have practically nothing to choose from, I believe that by 2025 we need to open our minds a little and innovate, thinking of those people who don't want to have suffering and cruelty on the table to feed themselves.
