I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Canton di Vino in Avigliana, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The evening was truly memorable, thanks to the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the welcoming staff. The service was impeccable, thanks to Federico, a very young, knowledgeable and passionate "meal companion," who guided me through the culinary experience, sharing interesting stories about the dishes and local products. The selection of dishes was excellent, and the Trentino wine Federico selected was the perfect accompaniment. What struck me most was the authenticity and passion of the people who run the restaurant, which is also evident in their social media reels. They truly are skilled at telling the story of life in our industry. In short, I can undoubtedly recommend Ristorante Canton di Vino in Avigliana for the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the unique sensory experience. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who appreciates QUALITY and PASSION!

03/07/2025: I would like to point out that I work with the guys on the Social communication side, and I can confirm that our working relationship continues and goes even further precisely because the place deserves it, the menu changes every few months always with delicious new things that respect tradition. The guys really work hard to improve every day, always constantly updating with lots of ideas and thoughts to offer an ever better service. Inside the place you can breathe an elegant air but seasoned with young and smart staff. I have been to dinner more than once, with the family, with the girlfriend, with friends, precisely because it is truly a top place, regardless of the working relationship. That's why if you read this review you can choose to ignore it and think that it was made only because we work together, on the other hand I would say: try it and believe it!

Difficult home deliveries (cancelled at the last minute without explanation), ambiguous lunch times (often you are sent away well before closing time) in the face of prices that have increased over the years. In short: the competition is there and if the service gets worse you start looking elsewhere.

Friendly and not too formal service carried out in an empathetic way that knows how to put you at ease. A piece of advice to the managers: I recommend renewing the brunette waitress on trial until June (Anto). She is really good! 😉

01/06/2025: I went for lunch today.. Highly recommended! The two waiters were great: friendly, kind, patient.. it feels like spending Sunday lunch with the family.. well done well done well done! Abundant and not exaggerated portions: a perfect balance!!! and excellent value for money! I ate very well. I will definitely go back! 30/05/2025: I absolutely have to revise my review! The first time was takeaway and we weren't thrilled, then we went there in person and it was truly one of the best sandwiches in Avigliana and the surrounding area! Highly recommended are the beers and especially their burgers!

30/06/2025: There were 7 of us for dinner at Il Gatto e la Volpe, a truly pleasant place located in a suggestive position, overlooking the Lago Piccolo di Avigliana. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends or family. The service was fast and professional, with attentive and helpful staff. A curious and pleasant detail is the presence of a robotic waiter who delivers the smaller dishes, adding a technological and original touch to the experience. We mainly ordered pizza, which turned out to be of excellent quality: well cooked, with fragrant dough and fresh ingredients. A choice that satisfied all the diners. Also very interesting is the initiative of the QR code to scan at the table, which allows you to participate in a small game with immediate prizes, such as chips, discounts on the bill or a bottle of sparkling wine. A nice idea that makes the experience even more engaging. In short, Il Gatto e la Volpe offers an excellent combination of quality and location. Highly recommended: we will definitely be back.
