What's truly impressive is the value for money: you eat very well for absolutely average prices—in fact, considering the quality, even lower than you'd expect. The welcome is another strong point: always warm, attentive, and professional. They make you feel at home without being intrusive, which is something that's not always a given these days. 05/04/2026: When the patch is worse than the problem. Given that we've been to this restaurant for lunch and dinner several times, with more or less regular service, today was unfortunately the last time. Easter lunch, a table of 20+ people. I arrived at 12:45. They took orders from a table that arrived after us—well, it can happen. They started serving the other table, but we didn't get anything. We asked to order from three different people, and after a while, they sent "the colleague to take the order" (around 1:15 PM). At 1:50 PM, some dishes began to arrive, about 6-8 deliveries out of 26. From 2:10 PM, we began reporting the missing dishes, with the shocked disbelief of being asked "is something missing?" when about 20 people after almost 2 hours still hadn't received anything. In the next half hour, more courses arrive, but there are still four left on the first round. Meanwhile, to speed up service, they had already asked the kitchen to start the second round. Result: I get my first and second courses at the same time. At 2:50 PM. Okay, better late than never, right? "Pancia mia fatti capanna?" Unfortunately, no. The seafood tagliatelle I ordered turned out to be poorly cooked pasta in tomato broth. The mixed grill had a prawn that clearly wasn't fresh (other diners hadn't had this situation, so it seems to have been a coincidence), and overall it was definitely worse than other times. The prawns were dried out, while the fish was good. The side fries were simply dry, again cooked incorrectly. Now, making mistakes is normal and human; it can happen to anyone, but: - do you lose 4/5 of the deliveries at a table? - Do you have to report the missing dishes multiple times? - Do you bring an extra portion (random, to share) to apologize but don't hand over the dishes so I can eat it? - Can you bring me a first and second course together? And if I send it back, I know I'll never see it again? - I really hope I'm wrong here, and this isn't verified, but it seems like they only offered a discount to the person who made the reservation as an apology. Nothing against the people who work there; it's certainly not their fault, and we're not holding it against them. Maximum respect also for those who work during the holidays, but today was a masterclass in how to mishandle a situation that clearly got out of hand.

03/01/2026: We were there on New Year's Eve. There was a bit of a wait, but I think it was due to the fresh, freshly prepared dishes. Everything was excellent, and for me, who is celiac, there were several options. Thank you.

24/01/2026: On our way back from Milan, we stopped here. I was immediately struck by the dirt on the chair seats (and there were black chair covers, so even the untrained eye can tell if there's dirt). The stains on the tablecloths underneath, the chipped or stained glasses. Pizza, still in my stomach from 1 PM, after a 2-hour drive to Turin, I'd say no. Praise to the kind guy who took the orders. We won't be back, nor will we recommend it.
