13/05/2025: If you are in Arona and are looking for a pub that makes you feel at home but with an extra edge, stop here immediately. This place is a real gem in the heart of the city: warm and welcoming atmosphere, very kind and super friendly staff, always ready to make you feel pampered, whether you are regular customers or just tourists passing through. The menu is a small masterpiece: rich, well-kept and incredibly inclusive. There is attention to all tastes and dietary needs, with excellent vegetarian options that are never a banal alternative, but tasty and creative dishes capable of surprising even the most demanding palates. The craft beers are carefully selected, the cocktails are perfectly balanced, and if you also stop to eat... well, prepare to lick your lips. From the kitchen come genuine dishes, well presented and with quality ingredients. A pub that combines a young spirit, attention to detail and an authentic soul. To return again and again, each time with more pleasure. Arona could not have asked for better!

17/06/2025: Un restaurante indio que también ofrece pizzas. Logramos llegar a tiempo para tener dos comidas encantadoras. No hay postre lleno. El personal era atento y servicial. Recomendaría si estás en la zona.

08/06/2025: Quick dinner because I was passing through. Very welcoming place, very clean, large convenient parking. Very kind and helpful staff in explaining the dishes, even if not everyone speaks Italian. Excellent food, we had paneer, mixed vegetable appetizers, onion rings and chicken tikka: all really good. Too bad about the naan bread which, even if excellent, is our focaccia

09/08/2025: Salads are tasteless, the choice is small, vegetables are chopped roughly, the serving is unappetizing, there were hard remains of cabbage on the plate. Pizza was disappointing - tasted like frozen, in Germany the Turkish pizza is tastier. Service is sluggish, without much desire. I do not recommend.

02/08/2025: The pizza was so-so...a little toasty. The spaghetti alla chitarra was excellent. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful.

26/07/2025: It initially makes an upscale impression, but this is quickly disproved by the unfriendly service. We were assigned a table with noticeable lack of motivation, and no explanations or recommendations were offered. 2 stars for the good sushi. Everything else is overpriced and tourist traps. We tipped anyway, but didn't even get a thank you or a "have a nice day." We definitely won't be back and can't recommend it.

17/07/2025: A Total Disaster – Avoid at All Costs Frankly, I have no idea how this place has managed to earn any form of praise, let alone display stickers of supposed excellence on its door — perhaps handed out to relatives? Because unless you're part of the owner's inner circle, you can forget about receiving even the most basic level of decency. The so-called “hospitality” is nothing short of uncivilised — arrogant, cold, and completely devoid of any professional communication. They clearly don’t care about the guests; they just want your money. Half our order was conveniently “missed” — a pathetic tactic, it seems, to rush us out the door. Not family-friendly in the slightest. Actually, downright hostile if you dare arrive with children. As for the food? An absolute joke. Over-salted, poorly presented, kids' meals had the unmistakable taste of something forgotten in the back of an oven. The fish? Frozen. The fries? Looked and tasted like they’d been scraped out of the bin. This wasn’t just a bad meal — it was a full-blown ordeal. An insulting waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a single living being. Save yourself the frustration. DO. NOT. GO

20/07/2025: Rude staff, almost superior and rude. A bit of ice cream on the menu (which we could have easily cleaned ourselves) caused chaos. We apologized, but it didn't seem to matter. Not wanting drinks, we decided to order two Cokes, but even though my friend had also ordered water, they decided we couldn't sit down because there were four of us and not all of us had ordered. The bathroom was also very dirty; it didn't seem to be cleaned.

25/03/2025: Locale informale. Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA. Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ? Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi

08/07/2025: Ho prenotato presso questa struttura la festa a sorpresa per i 60 anni di mio marito circa un anno fa. Versato caparra, fissato menù, stabilito sala ecc. a qualche gg dalla festa il titolare mi dice che non saremmo stati nella sala pattuita perché nel frattempo gli è subentrato un matrimonio. Si dimentica che avevamo nella ns festa anche un dj…. Conclusione? Chiusi nella sala interna (x non disturbare i clienti del ristorante) e senza musica sempre x non disturbare, peccato che io abbia comunque pagato dj e tutto il resto. Tutti invitati scontenti. Non ci tornerò

21/07/2025: I've never eaten such a horrible pizza, although horrible isn't the right word since it tasted like nothing and was half raw, and I even had to put salt on it, something I've never done since I started eating pizza. I was so hungry that I ate it, even though my palate was impassive. I've never eaten such a pizza in my life. The waiter (Gentile) and the drinks are the only saving grace. I definitely won't be returning.

15/06/2025: A very central place, a very youthful place, the prices, near the place there is the very beautiful lakeside, the tables are far apart especially for privacy, the manager is always available for anything he can help you
