31/05/2025: Unfortunately I was not allowed to use the toilets, as I was not a customer that day, I pointed out that it was for my 7 year old son who was next to me and needed urgently! A response like that cannot be accepted! What would my son have to ruin in his restaurant? We will definitely never set foot there in the future!!! Furthermore, the law says that "they are obliged to let people into a public establishment"!!!! I think I spoke to the owner and received a completely inhospitable and astonishing response from someone who runs a public establishment in a highly touristic location. I want to point out that I immediately entered the place next door and they allowed me to use their toilets right away!!!! And then after having calmly resolved our emergency we sat down in another nearby place where we had a great time, adults and children!!!
31/05/2025: The view of the lake is beautiful! But the food isn't the best in Arona. The service is mediocre. We ordered lasagna, but they forgot, and they weren't embarrassed to tell us we hadn't ordered it.

We ordered octopus with mashed potatoes and grilled broccoli
Nothing to say about the cooking of the octopus, very soft, shame about the broccoli being completely burnt, never eaten grilled broccoli.
A dish like this doesn't deserve the price of 22 euros
We informed the waitress of what had happened, doubtful as to whether it had been delivered to the owner/chef
We go to pay and honestly we expected a minimum of a discount or at least some justifications
I am of the opinion that criticism should be constructive
I don't think we will return
It's a shame because the place and the view are worth it

The portions were large.
The location right on the lake was great.
We were here on foot, so I can't comment on the parking lot.

13/05/2025: Family location, super welcome. Simple dishes that satisfy the palates of adults and children, cool cocktails and aperitifs. The owner is a great entertainer.
12/05/2025: Small but very welcoming place, friendly and competent staff. The sandwiches are plentiful, both the burgers and the classic sandwiches. The beers are good. We will happily return.

31/05/2025: Great for an aperitif with a view of the lake. The cutting board costs only 2 euros more per person than the cocktail and is plentiful. Service is a bit slow but the staff is friendly, and I think this bar is the best in Arona considering the price, the location, and the food served.
25/05/2025: I booked a table outside for 13:00 I arrived at 12:50 I was told that they cancelled my reservation by mistake and there was no more table, the owner's justification was that often people who book do not show up or cancel... I don't understand what that had to do with it, I wasn't late... in the end to avoid having to go and look for another place at that time I ate inside... they probably won't see me again... even if you book you might not be seated... think about it!!!!

Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA.
Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ?
Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi

05/05/2025: Ristorante affacciato direttamente su un paesaggio mozzafiato .Il personale affabile e professionale vi accoglierà con gentilezza squisita.Per parlare delle pietanze poi ,che sanno di poesia , dai nomi alla prelibatezza del loro gusto.Grande raffinatezza nella presentazione dei piatti ,ma soprattutto piacevolezza nel provare sensazioni uniche per il palato .Mi ha impressionato come primo : Paccheri alla Carbonara.
Esperienza molto positiva .Ottima carta dei vini,prezzo in linea con servizio e quanto assaporato.
Credo proprio che vi ritornero'.

Cena con famiglia,lenti nel servizio, è arrivata la prima pizza di quattro,poi due e poi una sbagliata,il locale mezzo vuoto,qualità insufficiente, purtroppo trovi pizze al supermercato congelate piu buone che quelle mangiate sta sera.
