28/12/2025: We went for lunch and were very satisfied. The cheese and cured meat platter was excellent, as was the risotto, truly delicious. Special mention for the tiramisu, one of the best I've ever had. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. We'll gladly return.

08/02/2026: A charming place for both dinner and lunch, or to stay overnight in one of the five stunning rooms with breathtaking lake views, some with a balcony, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Carefully prepared dishes and wines from the Cella Grande cellars, each with remarkable personality and taste. The staff is extremely kind, discreet, and passionate about their work. We'll be back.

25/01/2026: Dinner with friends. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. We were treated very well, and they were extremely friendly and professional. The food had its ups and downs. It was good, but it didn't make us say "wow." The panna cotta wasn't set and was very runny; I think there was either too little gelatin or it hadn't rested enough. I found the wine list to be a very negative, as it was limited to bottles of their own production. We were all wine lovers and regular wineries. In my opinion, a restaurant should also offer other producers. It's appropriate to include their own wines, but not only those. The wines, in our opinion, weren't exceptional. Charmat method, NO. The passito had clear flaws and wasn't in keeping with the style. The classic method was dull, with only pronounced acidity, very edgy. The classic method from Erbaluce, in my opinion, is "not something to do"! The reds are okay, neither praise nor disgrace. The problem is the prices on the wine list. If you force me to buy yours, you can't charge me the same as wines purchased from other producers. Excessive markups. For the same prices, at a restaurant, you can buy champagnes from excellent winemakers, excellent Nebbiolos, excellent Gattinaras... The food prices, however, are fair. So, a pleasant evening, we had a good time, but with ups and downs.

28/01/2026: Authentic and delicious Italian cuisine! I received a remarkably warm welcome from the staff and have returned several times without ever being disappointed. I highly recommend this establishment!

05/01/2026: A charming trattoria in the city center. The young waiter was very friendly, though the older waiter wasn't so much. The food was good quality and good value. The only flaw (at 10 pm) was that by the end of our dinner, there was no dessert left, even though we had booked a table for the afternoon and I had told the waitress I wanted dessert, after being told the portion of the polenta I had chosen for our second course was smaller! What a shame :(

07/01/2026: I was afraid it was a tourist restaurant, but even though it's on the lakefront, it's not. Solid, good traditional cuisine, and, hurrah, they have half bottles. Irritated (one star less) by the waiter who asked me if I had a reservation and went to check, when the place was almost completely empty. I hate making reservations; if it happens again, I'll turn around.

22/12/2025: If you're walking around Arona and aren't sure whether you're hungry or just feeling a little peckish before a meal, this place is perfect. They serve main courses or tapas, and indeed, even the tapas are quite filling: the one with tomino cheese and honey is a real treat. The main courses are incredibly rich: mine was the tagliatelle with pumpkin, super creamy and incredibly balanced thanks to the fried sage and black cherry flavor. The tiramisu is served in a chocolate cup, which helps to cut through the grease. If you don't drink, the price isn't outrageous.

21/12/2025: CAFE DE LA SERA. Today, more than ever, the story of one of Arona's iconic lakeside venues continues. Let's put aside the fond memories of an after-dinner venue for the night; the management of these dynamic young people has created an incredibly contemporary and high-quality format. High-end themed cocktail menu, an impressive wine list packed with big names, provenances, and discoveries, and a small winemaker you'll rarely find so refined and well-structured. The youthful atmosphere has remained, and that's wonderful, and if we want to eat in the "Small" Room, which is more of a restaurant, it's truly a pleasure. What did I mean by Format? The food! We enjoyed it and had fun. The quality was top-notch, the cuisine using excellent ingredients, and for some dishes, you could choose a Tappa portion or a whole plate. I challenge you... reading the menu, you'll want to try everything. We also tried the traditional Plin, and here we truly got a standing ovation because the handmade quality beats even the Langhe-style establishments. Congratulations! DON'T MISS THE CAFE AT ANY TIME OF YOUR EVENING, the dear "Old" Legendary CAFE.

02/11/2025: An unexpected stop during our half-tour of the southern lake by bike: delicious burgers and sandwiches, a nice selection of beers. We stumbled upon it by chance, and we'll be back.

28/09/2025: Everything was delicious, and the chef and staff were excellent. The Fassona beef tartare was special!!! And all the appetizers were delicious.

17/09/2025: You'll definitely be surprised here. There are extraordinary creations. Everything tastes delicious and is perfectly matched, served with the perfect drinks. The service is personal, and we felt very well looked after and advised. A+

07/01/2026: My go-to spot for a Sunday lunch by the lake. The pizza is good for those looking for a quick lunch. But I recommend trying their dishes if you have time for a nice family lunch. The desserts are excellent for those with a sweet tooth.

24/01/2026: A family-run establishment, extremely welcoming, with courteous and unobtrusive staff. The food is excellent, never "heavy." Except during rare busy periods, the quiet atmosphere allows for conversation over a good meal. Prices are fair. There's ample parking.

29/12/2025: Unfortunately, I found an additional menu on the bill, and it was different from what I ordered. €40 is definitely too much, I think!! I'm truly sorry. I had a good conversation with the owner and he was friendly. At the cashier, he didn't reflect this. Unfortunately, I noticed this in the car.
