07/06/2025: We discovered the restaurant by chance and asked if we could have a drink. We ordered wine and water and a small snack from the house – delicious! We decided to eat there another day with a starter and main course. A dream! Such great food, delicious wine, what more could you want!

18/04/2025: Siamo stati la mia compagna ed io per un weekend ed abbiamo sia pernottato che cenato nella struttura, una struttura che è a dir poco splendida sia esternamente che internamente. Rifinito ogni dettaglio architettonico e negli arredi.
Il personale è stato dal primo all'ultimo nostro minuto di permanenza semplicemente incredibile nella disponibilità e nella cordialità.
Farò una recensione ad hoc a parte per descrivere la meravigliosa cena nel ristorante al piano terra.
Da ritornare sicuramente molto presto.
03/03/2025: Visitiamo questo posto a pranzo in tre, con mia moglie e nostro figlio di un anno.
Il posto è molto carino e piacevole, il servizio puntuale e preciso.
Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, piatti della tradizione cucinati con gusto.
Devo dire un posto valido.
Consigliato.

Ristorante Real Castello

22/04/2025: Wonderful hotel! We spent one night in the Foresteria annex and had a superb stay. The property itself is gorgeous, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and fairly priced. The location is ideal—just a short drive from Barolo and perfectly situated for exploring the Alba region’s rolling vineyards. We had a private wine‑tasting and cellar tour led by the excellent Fabio, whose knowledge and experience made for a great visit! Dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight. We ate in a breathtaking 16‑century dining room, and every course was delicious and reasonably priced. Don’t miss their outstanding cocktails, either! I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
06/04/2025: Queste giornate di primavera ci hanno invogliato a passare una domenica in famiglia in campagna e come sempre la scelta del Real Castello di Verduno non poteva rivelarsi più azzeccata . Cibo delizioso, gli gnocchi erano superlativi ed anche le carni , vini ottimi , servizio attento e discreto e il tutto circondati da un panorama mozzafiato in un giardino fiorito. Come sempre consigliatissimo !

05/11/2023: Brand new management taken over by the guys who until recently ran Casa Ciabotto and who, unfortunately, were deprived of their historic place.
Fortunately, in a very short time they were able to resume activity in the taste shop while continuing to provide a high quality service.
The location is certainly less suggestive, but more modern and the summer terrace is large and pleasant.
The food always excellent. The respectable wine list.
Truly exceptional Tajarin (the divine ragù).
We hope that the Ciabotto project can continue for a long time in this new place
