30/09/2024: Sunday 8 September. We'll be back for lunch. Carpione meat, double butter tagliolini, tagliolini with venison sauce, seafood soup with garlic croutons, Bunet and baked ice cream. I am speechless. Excellent.

22/09/2024: My review only concerns lunch on a weekday. The courteous welcome and the atmosphere of an old village trattoria, perhaps a little messy, gave rise to hopes of a good traditional meal. Unfortunately, however, it was all rather disappointing. The wine stew, served lukewarm, was really "overcooked" and placed on a slice of tasteless and inconsistent polenta (it was of no avail to present it with strips of grilled vegetables and dried flower powders, which however they had nothing to do with the dish in question). The Piedmontese mixed fried food, boasted of 20 different types of fried food, would have been better enriched with the main meat flavors rather than adding, for example, watery mozzarella and other very unlikely ingredients, such as frozen artichokes. I'm sorry, I was really hoping for something simpler and cooked as per tradition.
