15/02/2026: A very nice, warm, and welcoming place. I loved the homey feeling that makes you feel at ease. The table was beautifully set. The cuisine features local products, very satisfying from appetizer to dessert. I was invited for dinner; I don't know the prices, but it's worth it if you're in the area.

16/02/2026: I had a gluten-free pizza with lactose-free mozzarella. Fast service. The gluten-free dough was unusual but good. Fair prices. The atmosphere was refined. Overall, a positive experience.
24/11/2025: We had lunch and I can honestly say that I felt at home, to say the least, as if I were among family. The staff were kind and qualified, the cook knows her job well and both the owner and the waitress were very good, the food was excellent and of high quality (you can taste it). We had the platters of cured meats with cheeses and jams, the first courses were amazing with their homemade pasta, the second courses were delicious, both the grilled meat and the legendary sliced and all accompanied by an excellent wine ... I will definitely return to slowly taste a little bit of everything.

30/11/2025: We drove by, and I said: you have to go to a place called La Tagliata! Today, a mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses, quince jam. Paccheri Guerrieri pasta with bacon and..., sliced beef steak, sweets, and moretta cheese. Everything was top-notch, with a special mention for the cinnamon-scented tart with moretta cheese, finally 3 layers and peel. Recommended!

29/12/2025: We attended a business dinner, so we're not aware of the specific arrangements regarding the menu.
The first course, gnocchi, was rather small in portions, while the second course, roast veal, wasn't particularly appealing.
The wine was a definite plus: both the white and red were excellent.
It would be interesting to return to try other options and see if the experience was influenced by a single unfortunate evening.
11/10/2025: Very nice place, a little isolated but beautiful location!!! The food is top notch!!!

02/07/2025: Panorama eccellente sulla valle del Metauro, tutto il resto da dimenticare. Manca il menu scritto, recita orale di una cameriera ben istruita, attese interminabili, ho visto servire subito clienti arrivati dopo di noi, prezzo esorbitante. Mai più!
23/06/2025: Mancavamo da tanti anni (troppi) da questa deliziosa Osteria dove il menù viene raccontato a voce (ma per chi non può farne a meno è sempre possibile chiedere i prezzi) e ogni portata è davvera buonissima. Per antipasto c'è il Crostuovo (loro cavallo di battaglia) oppure l'abbondante e squisito tagliere con formaggi e salumi accompagnato dalla crescia cotta sulla brace (noi abbiamo preso quest'ultimo). Abbiamo quindi proseguito con due primi, dei cappelleti e delle tagliatelle con verdure di stagione e funghi, entrambi ottimi (unica nota negativa della serata, le tagliatelle non erano per nulla abbondanti), infine una squisita tagliata e la buonissima salsiccia di cinta senese sempre accompagnati dalla loro crescia calda (attenzione può creare dipendenza); non abbiamo provato i (ricordo deliziosi) animali da cortile ma la persona vegetariana che ci accompagnava ha avuto la sua soddisfazione anche nei buonissimi contorni. Splendido pure il dolce (panna cotta e tortino caldo di tanta cioccolata) e carta dei vini molto ricercata e con prezzi corretti. Il conto non è leggero ma la qualità si paga

10/11/2024: Ottimo ristorante sito in un castello,nelle vecchie mura di Bargni. Location elegante e curata con un panorama meraviglioso. Ho mangiato una tartare di carne con bollicine al tartufo, eccellente e una tagliata di manzo, tenerissima. Il mio cognato,tortelloni verdi con formaggio di fossa, altrettanto buoni. Buon rapporto qualità -prezzo.
