It's the perfect introduction to a culinary offering well-balanced between local roots and vibrant innovation. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable and the execution impeccable: alongside dishes that exude masterful reinterpretations of tradition—from turbot in porchetta to sophisticated interpretations of brodetto—there are also refined and creative combinations. A cuisine that stands out, with class and personality, from the usual spaghetti allo scoglio or the classic seafood grill offered in series along the seafront.
