The utmost attention and care in welcoming.
The presentation of the dishes is meticulously crafted, as is the choice of ingredients, which are presented in original yet uniquely delicious combinations.
We'll be back!!!
12/11/2025: A selection of dishes that honor the cuisine and those who created them. The entrées are superb and surprising, a classic by now. The tasting menu is flawless. A special mention goes to the dining room staff, who are as competent as they are helpful and friendly. A truly wonderful evening.

29/11/2025: We went on Friday evening, the atmosphere was truly top notch, as was the food and service. It's a shame we couldn't admire the view as it was already dark at that time.

I don't recommend the trilla (it was bland).

Rossini Bistrot deserves it: if I could reward them, I'd give them all the Michelin stars. The location is a perfect mix of retro and modern. Impeccable service: friendly, helpful, and truly professional staff.
The food is excellent; every dish is a true work of art. It was wonderful to be able to observe the work in the kitchen: precision, passion, and attention to every detail in the preparation of delicate flavors.
One of the best places in Pesaro, where the food is truly delicious. I felt truly wonderful. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and attentive, the staff was friendly, and they accommodated my food allergy requests.

06/12/2025: A wonderful evening celebrating my daughter's graduation in this warm and welcoming little place. The hostess, Laura, was kind and attentive. The dishes prepared by chef Giacomo were delicious and delicious. Well done. Everything was excellent, but two of the dishes we ordered were especially noteworthy: mandarin sea bream tartare with crispy fennel and pomegranate, and polenta crouton with creamed cod and chicory. Truly superb! We hope to return; since it's small and seats are limited, advance reservations are recommended.

18/10/2025: My husband and I went on the evening of October 16th. The fish was good and fresh, as were the piadinas. The desserts (cheesecake and millefeuille), however, weren't great. The guy at the cash register didn't issue a receipt.

11/11/2025: A true gem of grilled meats, and not just in Pesaro. As soon as you step inside, you sense the passion and care this restaurant devotes to the quality of its ingredients: each cut of meat is expertly selected and served with skill, bringing out the best in its flavors and aromas.
Another highlight is the surprisingly well-curated wine cellar: a refined selection ranging from local labels to major national labels, perfectly paired with each dish thanks to the expert staff.

It was delicious.
In the past, I'd also tried the grilled fish and skewers, and they were very good.
I recommend this restaurant.
I'd gladly return to try their other pizzas.
