The pinsa is very good, hearty, and high-quality, with every single ingredient carefully crafted. I recommend it to everyone for a simple dinner or lunch that leaves you with a big smile. 10/08/2025: New management and... a truly positive experience! The sandwiches were very good. So were the beers. The staff were courteous and super helpful. The atmosphere was also family-friendly. Outdoor space in the summer, both covered and uncovered. Convenient for parking, as it's right behind the train station. Well done, keep it up.

06/10/2025: The pizza was pretty good, but out of three times we've eaten there, we've always waited an hour or more for a pizza... plus, the waitress didn't warn us that the wait might be a bit long, otherwise we would have ordered something else, or better yet, left. She seemed very annoyed when we asked if we had to wait any longer, instead of apologizing for the wait. The tables next to us were the same story...over an hour for a pizza. Never again...

13/09/2025: The food is okay, but the service, in terms of hospitality, is the worst I've ever experienced in the Province of Perugia. You feel like you're an unwelcome guest, and the behavior is the same with any customer. After months of frequenting this place, I'll try to avoid it until the staff understands that it's the customers who make the business profitable and should be respected as such. It's unfortunate to write reviews like this, but the rudeness, especially in a public place, is annoying. The food, while good, is indigestible.
