11/08/2026: We booked a table for a little girl's birthday party with a pizza round (not even that cheap, by the way, 15 euros excluding a drink with pizza and chips). They showed us what it was and left. After 10 minutes, they didn't even ask if we wanted a drink given the heat. The pizza wasn't bad, thin but flaky, good flavors, but as I said, not that cheap. I went to let my daughter play mini golf. The girl who accompanied us to the table told me it was 4 euros and left, without telling me to go to the cashier. When it came time to bring my daughter the cake, I told the waitress to clear the table and wait for the cake, as I would have called her. In the meantime, I went to the mini golf course. I turned around and she brought the cake, without a candle, without lighting it, without making sure the birthday girl was there. Now I say... she's a 10-year-old girl... could they be a little more considerate in how they treat customers? I understand you want to hurry, but I'll leave you €350 for one evening. I expect to be treated a certain way, at least. Certainly not rudely. The service was truly terrible. It's a shame because they have so much potential. We won't be back next year.

During the call, I was asked if a 1 kg/1.2 kg cake would be okay, and I said yes. I was also asked if the birthday girl was a boy or a girl, so I honestly thought the order had been marked with a minimum of attention. On May 13, I went to pick it up. I went in, said hello, and the girl there didn't even look at me, not a smile, not a single "hello." We told her we had ordered a cake, and she brought out a tiny cake, without decorations, with practically illegible and poorly made writing. But above all, a cake that was definitely not for 8 people. She weighed it in front of us, and it was 600 grams. SIX HUNDRED. When we'd agreed on the phone, more than double. At that point, we asked her if that was really the cake we ordered, and even she seemed completely taken aback: she looked at the paper, looked at the cake, and kept saying, "I don't know, I didn't make it." Which, frankly, is not the kind of response you should give to customers who've ordered a cake for a birthday. Throughout the entire situation, she was completely indifferent, almost annoyed. No attempt to understand the problem, no proposed solution, no "I'm sorry." The only thing she did was wash her hands of the situation by saying she hadn't made the cake, despite having said she'd made the reservation. We even went out for a moment to figure out what to do because the birthday was today, and we found ourselves at the last minute without a decent cake to bring. We then came back to say that obviously we wouldn't have it, and we weren't even told anything. Not even a hello. Honestly, I find the whole thing embarrassing and very unprofessional. A birthday is a special occasion, and finding yourself in a situation like this due to such superficial management was truly unfortunate.

06/05/2026: I have stopped several times to eat at Altamarea del Cuore Adriatico and I can say that every time I have had a very good time, excellent food, wide choice, excellent prices also considering the very generous portions, it is a self-service but has nothing to envy of a high-level restaurant, second courses of meat or fish... choose from the display case and they cook them on the spot, same thing for the first courses, choose what you want and see them prepared before your eyes... Also very clean and welcoming, kind and helpful staff, highly recommended

04/05/2026: I've been a customer for years, and every time I stop in Civitanova Marche I stop for lunch here, especially thanks to Maurizio's professionalism in the kitchen, always attentive to my allergies. It's a shame that the last time I visited, the cashier gave me a rude response, even repeatedly questioning the seating capacity. As a result, I switched restaurants for Fattoria Tocca Ferro. My advice, even if you work with large numbers of people, is to review your cashier staff, because today for lunch, I and nine others with me changed locations.

11/12/2025: I booked a Wednesday night after being confirmed over the phone that there would be karaoke and that we'd be able to sing. We came from out of town specifically for this, but the experience wasn't what we'd hoped for: the backing tracks used didn't allow us to sing properly, and we couldn't freely choose the songs. On our first try, we weren't given the option to choose a song; on our second try, after picking four songs, one was selected and we were only allowed to sing a short one. The people organizing the evening didn't seem up to the task of organizing a karaoke, and this further compromised the experience, despite our interest and ability to perform. Overall, the evening didn't live up to the expectations we'd had when we booked.
