21/10/2025: This 1970s-style hotel has virtually no technology in the rooms. Cleanliness is excellent, though. The hotel is located near Fermo's historic center (just a short walk away), and the view from the restaurant is stunning! The food is good, simple, and classic Italian dishes. Breakfast is superb, with a wide selection of both savory and sweet options, and you can even make your own freshly squeezed citrus juice. I stayed there for four days with a group from my community. We had a wonderful time, so I highly recommend it.
09/10/2025: A vintage 1970s hotel with the decadent charm of those decades, functional and essential, in a magnificent location with a breathtaking view and just a few steps from the vibrant heart of town. Brass faucets and psychedelic showers, but equipped with every comfort.
The simple food is not entirely satisfying, in our opinion, but we'll only postpone the review. We'll be back.

07/09/2025: We booked for dinner, we specified pizza, we arrived, we sat down, we booked pizza, chips, fried olives, beer and after a while they came to tell us that they weren't making pizza tonight... scandalous, never again, terrible service, absolutely to be avoided, there is no seriousness

23/06/2025: A volte leggere le recensioni può essere fuorviante, però non si può andare sempre alla cieca così questa volta abbiamo fatto bene a fidarci e, una volta provato non posso far altro che confermare i giudizi positivi letti!
I ragazzi di sala sono preparati e gentili e le cuoche sono bravissime.
Ristorante molto consigliato 😋

15/08/2025: Very good pizza, thin, well-topped, and very large. We often get it for takeout, and the box is too small.
This time, unfortunately, it was loose in the box... small and not very topped... what can I say... I'm very sorry, the price has gone up and the pizza is small...

15/08/2025: I wanted to ask for information, but when I went to the counter, he was very rude and addressed me as "tu" even though I didn't know him at all.
15/08/2025: Very rude when serving customers. We arrived in the morning. We asked if they had sunbeds and the response was, "Who told you we have sunbeds?" Thinking the owner was joking, we asked if they had anything to eat for lunch and the guy replied that they made spaghetti with clams but didn't have anything for us. Of course, we went to the next restroom where we were treated with more respect. It doesn't matter how many years he's been in this job (it's my first time in the Marche region), he still has to learn that customers shouldn't be treated rudely and arrogantly like he showed towards me.

19/09/2025: The ambiance is very nice! The sunset is breathtakingly beautiful! The food is below average for salad and frittura mista. Sorry, but even simple dishes don't taste good. 😪😪. By Italian standards, all the plastic waste produced in such a natural idyll is shameful. I don't support it at all. It's now banned in many EU countries. Where is the pride of Italians for no longer serving their food and drink in glass, porcelain, and with "real" cutlery? Where is the culinary pride of serving oil and vinegar in plastic bottles instead of glass ones?

04/05/2025: Staying alive!
A very nice seaside restaurant with a beach view. It's a shame we had to wait about an hour for two entrees (and there were about a dozen other diners in the dining room besides us, so the place was almost empty).
The (long) wait was punctuated by just one song playing on an endless loop (for over an hour!!!).
We paid a €5 cover charge, and the bread never even arrived.
The friendliness of the (presumably) owner was missing.
01/05/2025: Run away as fast as you can.. I've never eaten so badly in my life.. Terrible quality of raw materials.. Terrible value for money.. Terrible service.. NEVER AGAIN

15/06/2025: Oasi di tranquillità, location confortevole e cucina ottima, dotati di camere/ appartamenti con piu posti letto non manca nulla frigo, tv , cucinotto, clima massima pulizia delle camere. Il personale accoglie e segue con gentilezza e disponibilità non invasiva, sala pranzo o cena interna ed esterna quest'ultima panoramica per cenare al tramonto con le prelibatezze locali.
Si mangia veramente bene. Zona piscina immersa nel verde e ben curata. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
